In the morning, a 30-year-old mother named Lina went to the Bina Farma hospital because
she complained of headaches and persistent coughing.

Upon arrival at the hospital, Lina went straight to the administration to register.

Admission : Good Morning Mam. How can I help you?

Patient : I want to check up. I have a headache. Where should I go?

Admission : Here we have a GP (General Practitioners) and a specialist. Which one do you
want to choose, Mam?

Patient : I want to see a general practitioner.

Admission : As you can see, there is still a line. Please take queue first. We will call you
later. Please take a seat and wait patiently.

Admission : Queue No. 23. (Calling the patient). Excuse me Mam, have you been here
before or is this for the first time

Patient : This is the first time

Admission : If this is the first time, may I borrow your Passport/ Identity Card, Mam?

Patient : This is my ID.

Admission : Thank you Mam. I borrow this ID to be copied. Here Mam I return your ID.
Please don’t lose it. After that, please fill in this form.
Patient : Alright, here it is.

Admission : Thank you Mam for filling out the form. Please wait a moment, I will input
the data first. This is the evidence of the registration, please take it to the
general polyclinic. Later you will be called according to queue number.
Please go to the 2nd floor then turn right.

Patient : Alright, thank you.

Lina goes directly to the general poly on the second floor. Lina sat in the waiting room
waiting for her name to be called.

After a few minutes a nurse called him.

Nurse : Ny. Lina Desi.

Patient : Yes, I am here.

Nurse : Follow me to Room A, lets. Okay What are your reasons for Doctor Danang met
today?

Patient : So, lately I often feel tired, and sometimes I hit a very bad headache and
abdominal pain. In addition, I also have a persistent cough for two weeks.

Nurse : When did you start experiencing these symptoms?

Patient : I am getting tired about two months ago; then, a little after that headache
coming. I suffered stomach disorders long before feeling exhausted.

Nurse : Are you taking medication?

Patient : Just vitamins.

Nurse : What vitamins do you consume?

Patient : I consume multi-vitamin tablets and extra Vitamin C every day.

Nurse : OK, let me check your vital signs.

Patient : What should I do?

Nurse : please lie down later I will check your blood pressure, temperature, pulse and
breathing
Patient : well sus, how are the results?

Nurse : Everything is nice normal blood pressure and no high temperatures. Please wait
here a minute. Danang doctor will be with you shortly.

Patient : Thank you.

Doctor : Good morning, Lina.

Patient : Good morning, Doctor.

Doctor : I see here that you begin to feel tired two months ago, and then you start having
bad headaches. You also have abdominal pain and persistent cough. Do you have
a fever, too?

Patient : No, doctor.

Doctor : Let me do a physical check. Please pull a deep breath, hold your breath, and
exhale. Do it again please. Is there a change in your diet or your weight lately?

Patient : I eat as usual, but I lost 5 pounds recently.

Doctor : Do you suffer from insomnia?

Patient : Well, it was very difficult for me to fall asleep when I went to bed. I also wake
up many times during the night.

Doctor : Do you drink (alcohol)? Do you smoke?

Patient : No

Doctor : How are things at work?

Patient : There is a change of ownership three months ago, and I had to work a lot of
overtime, even during the weekend.

Doctor : It looks like you have pneumonia. Besides, I do not see any other problems.
You may be under pressure from changes in the workplace, and stress causes
headaches, stomach disorders, and difficulty sleeping. For now, try to relax and
exercise. This may solve your problem. Come back to see me again if symptoms
persist, and I will conduct further tests. I will give you a prescription for
pneumonia. Are you allergic to any medications?

Patient : Not to my knowledge.

Doctor : OK, take this medicine three times a day after meals. Also, I want you to do
some blood tests. Popped into the lab on your way out and the nurse will take
your blood.

Patient : I am anxious to know my cholesterol level. When will I get the results of a
blood test?

Doctor : Results will be available within two weeks. Do not stress yourself. I think
everything will be alright.

Patient : Thank you, Doctor.

Doctor : You are welcome..

To find out the results of blood checks Lina must wait for 2 weeks.

After 2 weeks passed, Lina returned to the hospital again to take the results of a blood
check that had been done before. Then meet nurse heny who yesterday checked the

Nurse : Can I help you ma'am?

Patient : Yes nurse, I'm a patient who 2 weeks ago checked with doctor Danang.

Nurse : oo yes with whose mother?

Patient : Lina Desi nurse

Nurse : what date is Lina's mother here?

Patient : December 10 nurse

Nurse : coming here want to check again or is there something else you need, ma'am?

Patient : I want to take a blood check yesterday nurse

Nurse : Let me get the check first

Patient : good nurse

Nurse : yes ma'am. Mother, please wait for about 10 minutes, Ma'am.
Patient : yes nurse

After 10 minutes, the nurse returned while carrying the results of Lina's blood check.

Nurse : Ma'am, this blood check result has come out.

Patient : How about this nurse, I don't really understand

Nurse : This is high enough cholesterol in the mother, high blood sugar.

Patient : Is there a solution to reduce cholesterol?

Nurse : Mother can consume fruits, especially fruits that contain high fiber such as
apples, pears, avocados, etc.

Patient : how to prevent cholesterol from going up again what about nurse

Nurse : one way is to avoid high-fat foods and choose healthy foods

Patient : good sus, if for sugar content what should I do, nurse?

Nurse : so that the mother's blood sugar level drops, she can inject insulin, so that
insulin helps control blood sugar (glucose) in the body. In addition, multiply
drinking water and dividing your sugar intake, ma'am.

Patient : Alhamdulillah it has improved nurse
