TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
PRICES : Free delivery to your laboratory. Road Entry permit required and shall be provided by
you.
PAYMENT : 100% against proper receipt of stores at your laboratory.
TAXES : As per revised UP Govt. regulations VAT @ 13.5% is charged.
DELIVERY : Within 6-8 weeks from the receipt of confirmed and written purchase order.
VALIDITY : Offered prices are open for acceptance for 30 days from the date of this offer.
WARRANTEE : 12 months from the date of delivery of stores.
