1. Who are the internal and external stakeholders that you intend to partner with to implement your WinS Plan? Why?

 Local Community
 Municipality
 Alumni

o Our community is a really small community, not all learners are well to do at all. There is so much need for
community partnership whenever possible.

2. What steps will you take to ensure that stakeholders will be involved in achieving the WinS improvement targets
and will share the responsibility in implementing the WinS plan?

 Coordination with the WinS team, and the local community, of course.

3. What 2-3 strategies will you take to promote accountability of your key stakeholders for achieving your WinS
improvement targets? How can you keep them accountable for results?

 Transparency – If they know what is happening then they will see whatever improvements that had happened.
 Outcome based projects – Presentation of projects that will give outcomes that would be of value to the students
 Overall health of learners – through the outcome based projects stated above I believe that through community
partnership, together there will be an improvement to the learners.

4. What 2-3 strategies will you implement that will increase transparency of your actions and results on WinS? Why do
you think these will improve the sustainability of your WinS initiatives?

 Transparency board – If the facts and figures are seen then the improvements will be continuously improved.
 Updates regarding school health - This will be done through posting in the transparency board .
