Synopsis:

We have found that the Students of our school are suffering from

various Problems.

They are sleepy often . There concentration level in the class room is

less. Some students are suffering from head ache. Their eye and skin become

dry and they have the difficulty of seeing the black board. They suffer

from joint pain even at this level of this age. They often feel tired.

Formation of stones in kidney is mainly because of drinking less water.

We have found that these problems are occurring due to lack of drinking

adequate water. Let us do a research among the students of 9th standard

in our school by implementing all the possible solutions to drink enough

water . We fill find out the result step by …… step.

Introduction:

Water is the most important one in a human’s life. We can survive

without food ,but without water we can’t . It functions our respiratory,

circulatory nervous, execratory systems. It prevents a number of disorders. It is a

best immune response to diseases. A good drinking water habit ensures a

good health.
Reasons for selecting the Topic:

Now a days students are suffering from various Problems. Because

there is no awareness of drinking more water among students. So this title is

chosen.

Objectives:

 To learn the problems occurring due to drinking less water.

 To know the importance of drinking enough water.

 To understand the level of water to be drunk according to their

weight.

 To have the amount of water required to the various organs of body.

Expected Learning Outcomes:-

 Habit of drinking more water is increased.

 Problems created by drinking less water are overcome.

 We should drink 8 glasses of water per day. It fulfills the necessary.

requirement of the liquid our body demands.

 Students are able to attend their class so attentive.

 Students are able to create awareness among their parents.

Research Tool:
A questionnaire method and interview method have been used to do the
research to collect dada. The desirable outcome is made by asking a
common question among 50 students.
Procedure for Investigation:
First a pilot study was done to find out the problem of drinking
less water. Later the area , Survey was done.

Data Collection:
The research team explained about the objective of the survey and
collected the required data among the students.
Data Analysis:

Result:
Most of the students drink less water in a day .Such
students ….

 Mouth become dry

 Body tired

 Felt Sleepy

 Skin become so dry

Possible Solutions:
 Drinking water in empty stomach

 Drinking water before and after taking meals

 Adequate drinking water facility

 Drinking required water according to their weight

Implementation :
 Headmaster’s advice in prayer

 Doctor’s advice to students to drink enough water on school Visit

 Creating awareness among students and their parents

 Asking them to drink good water

 Requesting the Parents to watch their children whether they drink

enough water daily at home

Conclusion :

It we drunk enough water daily, we can lead a healthy
