01 3rd floor fine adjustment Exact termination points were requested
from LCMC & only room no 03 was given, LCMC
marked on a drawing [wall scheme] with
signature. Pl makes sure all the
measurements are indicating with all the
other required details.
[We were not given the new wall schemes
of the 3rd floor.]
02 DB shop drawing Submission of RFA 423 in this regard was
not approved due to revision of lighting
panel with external lighting. RFA 423
submitted on 18-09-2019 & after LCMC
reviewing DRR was sent to us on 28-10-
2019. External lighting design PDF format
was given to us on 10-10-2019.
We can’t do the resubmission on this as
the external panel design for external
lighting was not available. It was agreed at
progress meeting that the external DB to
be fixed at the security room.
This RFA 423 was included location, DB’s
for lighting, power, A/C, Lift & SDB. We
have submitted RFA 423 R1 with the other
matters highlighted in DRR & resubmitted
on 05-11-2019 except panel for external
lighting.
03 Additional conduit for 1st floor due to design change In 1st floor there is a variation of Rs.
333,256.00 for additional conduits which LCMC
we have to lay due to design change.

04 Shop drawing for ground floor wall & floor lighting, Submitted for approval on RFA No 348 R2 LCMC
revised power layout & wall schemes. on 24-10-2019.
05 2nd floor panel Submitted on RFA No 426 dated 04-10- LCMC
2019 for approval.
06 Shop drawing for semi basement floor electrical Submitted on RFA No 396 dated 26-06- LCMC
power. 2019 for approval.
07 Variation request for revision of cables sizes due to Submission was done on RFA no 430 dated LCMC
design change 08-10-2019.
