Industrial Hazardous Waste Complete Treatment System (IHWT)

The Industrial Hazardous Waste Complete Treatment System (IHWT) is one of the most cost
efficient and operational safe solutions for the Industrial Hazardous Waste in the World. According
to the treatment capacity and characteristic of Industrial Hazardous Waste, the incinerator could be
selected between pyrogenation gasification furnace and rotary kiln, and its treatment capacity is
50kg/h~5000kg/h.

y The flue gas cleaning system, which is mainly composed of semi-dry spray tower, activated
carbon adsorption reactor and bag filter, is one of the most advanced processes in the world.

y The Industrial Hazardous Waste is pretreated firstly by means of cutting and blending.
Therefore, the treatment efficiency can be increased.

Medical Waste Treatment System (MWT)

The Medical Waste Treatment System (MWT) is one of the most cost effective, clean and
operationally safe solutions for medical waste disposal. Depending on the treatment capacity, the
incinerator type can be either a pyrogenation gasification furnace or a rotary kiln. Typically, the
treatment capacity is 15kg/h~1500kg/h.

Characteristic Features:
y Fully complies with the strict 2000/76/EC standard.
y A highly advanced flue gas cleaning system, consisting of a semi-dry spray tower, activated
carbon adsorption reactor and bag filter, is designed to meet stringent EU discharge levels.
y The supply scope could be extended to cover specific medical waste from storage equipment,
vehicles, refrigerators and sterilizers. An on-line monitoring system for flue gas and SCADA
control is available as an option.
y A proprietary and advanced control system is provided to achieve high operational safety and
for running cost efficiency.
y Careful selection of material and experienced design ensures a long life time of use.

Carcass Treatment System (CTS)

The Carcass Treatment System (CTS) is an advanced treatment system for the safe and clean
treatment and disposal of animal carcasses. The complete system consists of compact refrigerator
storage, cutting equipment for large carcasses, integrated enclosed processing equipment, drying
system, incinerator, heat recovery and flue gas cleaning system. It can be used for the treatment of
hazardous carcasses such as those effected by diseases and epidemics.
