First step: Self Training-Complete in 1 day

1. Contact your PT trainer for arranging Process Training for the next day, confirm your training time with your PT trainer and

inform me.

2. Log in your tutor system and read Training Kit carefully before you process training (Contact me if you are

experiencing any problems regarding log in).

 Checking your CPU score & Internet speed Pls note:Network stability is the most critical element in

the Online Education Platform!

1) If the CPU score is higher than 3000, your PC is qualified to run ClassIn (go to

https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_list.php, enter your CPU number), If not, pls inform me

2) Both upload and download speed are not lower than 2mbps(Speed Test on tutor system or go to

http://www.speedtest.net/zh-Hans#)

3. Log in your tutor system and complete your personal profile in Tutor Information which includes your photo, certificate,

voice recodring(1min-2mins,refer to example recording, pls make sure quiet background and do not mention your nationality)

and self-introduction(more than 200 words, be more interesting&attractive,indicates your skill set and your personality)。

Make sure all the informations you provided are authenticity and correct.

Second step: Process Training(System+New tutor training)

1. You will be expected to learn how to use Acadsoc system, and New tutor training for starting your online teaching journey.

After PT, schedule a demo class with your trainer, you may also schedule material training if you are interested:)
2. Please finish your self-training on Training kit and Process Training (PT) in 2 days. Please always keep me informed

of your training progress and Demo result afterward, so that I will be able to arrange class once you pass your Demo.

The 3rd Step: Compete Test lessons=Demon test (Contact me if you are experiencing any problems)

Before demon

1. Double check your class table and confirm the demo time, don’t be late for the class

2. Well prepared for it (Read the Tips and Sample Video for demo class at Training Kit). Prepare the lesson

ahead of time and make a short teaching plan

3. If the lesson changes before your demo start, you may use the one you have prepared in the beginning.

During Demon

1. If the link changes, stick with the one you have prepared and send the link to student when class start）

2. Make sure it’s a 25mins class, don’t be late for the class or end of the class early

3. Manage time effectively (make sure to finish the lesson in 25mi ns), fast speak and poor internet connection will

affects your score

4. Neat background, quiet environment, clear image, make sure the camera is in a proper angle, so student can see

you clearly

5. Greeting and self-introduction (keep it short and simple, suggest time 2-3mins)

6. Double check with your student if you are using the same material

7. Correct student in time during the class

8. Explain words with a clear explanation. (try to make an example to help student to understand)

9. Guide student to make an example when it’s necessary

10. Avoid wrong pronunciation.

11. Take a few minutes to summary the whole class, better to give more detailed feedback and suggestions to the

student.

12. Ask student if he or she has any questions before ending the class

13. End class with a polite manner

After Demon

1. Please contact me for demo result (Either pass or Fail)

2. For Re-MT, please contact your trainer and re-schedule training time.

3. If you pass demo, please further improve your tutor information asap. Because our students choose to book your

class based on your profile (self-introduction, vocie recording, personal certificates, interests etc.) at beginning,

Please make sure you have completed all tutor's information and inform me, so that i can schedule your class

immediately.
there are some factors may cut your score

Accent

Background is too dark, too light or noisy

Bad internet

Late to send the book link

Not manage the class

Silence, fillers, accent

Not enthusiastic enough.

Not check student’s comprehension

Couldn’t explain clearly or give examples

Search online during teaching.

Couldn’t extend some extra knowledge

Couldn’t correct students

Don’t give feedbacks

In order to pass the demo class, you need to

Check your equipment, connection and environment before the demo.(you can ask me to help you check)

Add student very before the class

Preview the material

Smile a lot even you are nervous

Watch out your pronunciation

Introduce yourself

Try to make the class be happier

Use some gestures or TPR to help your teaching

Explain the words and passages.

Give the example and type it in the box

Correct student if they have any mistake and type it in the box
Check the comprehension with student

Give a conclusion of the class and give some suggestion to the students
