• Occupier of the Factory.

• Overall incharge for Shell division production activities.

CHIEF WORKSHOP ENGINEER/FURNISHING

• Overall incharge for Furnishing division production activities.

CHIEF MECHANICAL ENGINEER/IT & CHIEF VIGILANCE OFFICER

• Head of Information technology department with additional charge
of Chief Vigilance Officer.

CHIEF MATERIALS MANAGER/TKJ

• Stores Head at Tilak Bridge, New Delhi.
• Responsible for purchase of SHELL, BOGIE, ELECTRICAL, Raw Material
PRINCIPAL CHIEF MATERIALS MANAGER and Hardware items.
• Head of Stores department.
CHIEF MATERIALS MANAGER/HSQ
• Stores depot Head.
• Responsible for purchase of :
- FURNISHING items - SRM items - M & P items

CHIEF ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (SERVICES)

• Maintaining and providing Electrical infrastructure/ services to the
entire RCF Complex.

• Head of Electrical Engineering Department.
CHIEF ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (DESIGN)
• Electrical design, Development and control.

PRINCIPAL FINANCIAL ADVISOR

• Finance Head.
• Overall Incharge for :
- Finance and Accounts.
- Budgeting and Accrual accounting and GST.

PRINCIPAL CHIEF ENGINEER

• Head of Civil Engineering department.
• Responsible for erection and upkeep of civil Engg assets.
• Sanitation and conservation of environment of RCF.

PRINCIPAL CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER

• Head of Medical department.
• Overall Incharge of Lala Lazpat Rai Hospital at RCF.

CHIEF QUALITY MANAGER

(MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE)
• Head of Quality department and MR (Integrated
Management Policy).

PRINCIPAL CHIEF PERSONNEL OFFICER

• Head of Personnel department .
• Responsible for Selection, Promotion and Welfare of RCF
