 Fabrication & Erection of Four Steel Structures of 400FTX225Ft.
 Installation of 5 extrusion line machines, 7 Injection Molding Machines of
capacity 200-450 Ton & Installation of 2.2MW Power House.
 Installation of 560 Ton Absorption Chiller, Installation of 6 Overhead Crane of Capacity
5- 15 Ton.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Projects:
 Analyze all root causes for all fabrication issues and resolve same and implement all
new process tools according to required order.
 Prepare estimates and quotes for all supply materials and assist to fabricate and weld all
products.
 Plan all materials for new products, ensure optimal utilization of all resources,
administer product orders, and ensure compliance to all timeframe for all fabricated
products.
  Coordinate with technicians, provide support to all teams, and maintain quality of all
work processes in system.
 Manage all communication with supervisors, ensure efficiency of all fabrication process,
and resolve all issues for processes.
 Assist factory manager and prepare reports on regular basis after final inspections.
 Manage and reconcile all work orders with help of vendors and prepare required
drawing and evaluate all welding joints.
 Maintain quality for all fabrication from conceptualization to implementation and
perform inspection for all painting and sandblast.
 Provide support to all total productive maintenance programs and design all fabrication
processes and appropriate schedules.

Maintenance:

 Responsible for mechanical maintenance of all plants i.e. chiller, extruders, injection
moldings, over-head cranes and power house.
 Organize, manage and execution of schedule & breakdown maintenance plan for all areas
under my control. The planning include listing down all pending jobs, placing them in
order of priority and coordinating with the production department for availability of plant.
 Coordinate with production department in event of any plant breakdowns by mutually
agreeing on a time for plant to shut down so that maintenance can be carried out and plant
operations can be revived at earliest possible time.
 Review the log book for any down time occurring during the day to day operations and
identify breakdown reasons, monitor each supervisor’s role in resolving breakdowns and
utilize this data to draft monthly downtime reports.
 Monitor inventory of critical spares and check availability in domestic market and in the
event of non-availability raise an imported PR by filling in all the technical specifications
and forwarding the approved copy to purchase department to ensure timely action.
 Identify and highlight business risks and OHSE related risks within the process and area
of control, wherever applicable.
 Assist Purchase Department in choosing vendors and negotiations on price based on
specifications, mutually agreeing and arriving on a decision and subsequently receive
information regarding new products launches in the market from the purchase department
based on brochures received from vendors so as to be well informed about market trends.
