residing currently at …Islamabad…….., hereby agree to serve the Company as Pre-sales
Coordinator for multiple projects ..... in (RF Dept.) for a period of three months probation
commencing
from ..01/11/2019 on the following terms and conditions:

• That I shall devote my whole time, skill, labor and attention to the said employment or
such other position as may be assigned to me during the said period, which I may be
capable of doing or, attending to the “whole time” job.

• That I shall observe the timing punctually as directed by the company from time to
time excluding such days as Sunday or other holidays notified by you in this behalf.

• That I shall not engage in any other remunerative activity or other employment under
or with any other person or organization during the aforesaid period except with
expressed written permission of the Company.

• That I shall not divulge any information or secret or process which I may become
cognizant of during such employment to any outsider or other co-employee, which may
in any manner whatsoever prove or tend to be prejudicial or detrimental to company’s
business or reputation.
• That any invention or discovery made or affected or in the process of being made by
me or co-employee shall not be divulged to any other person and the same shall be
owned or appropriated exclusively by the company.

• That in case my employment is continued or permitted to be continued after the expiry

of the period fixed in this memorandum shall be deemed to be an extention or
continuation with this undertaking remaining enforceable.

• That I shall not engage in any such activity which can adversely affect the interest of
the company and if I am found involved in such activity, I shall be given notice
regarding that and the company shall have the right to impose penalty along with
disposal of service.

• I hereby agree to work to entire satisfaction and shall faithfully carry out the duties /
tasks assigned to me.
