ELECTRICAL WORKS AT PASCHIM VIHAR BRANCH (SHIFTING OF BRANCH)

conduits, accessories such as bends, tees, saddles, draw
boxes, mounting boxes, inner plates, cover plates, ceiling
rose etc (whereever required) and chromium plates brass
screws/ rowel plug etc. The circuit wiring starting from DB
to point control box/ switch box using 2x2.5 sq.mm PVC
insulated 1100 V grade multi- stranded copper conductor
wire & 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated earth wire (color code to
be used). (Flexible conduit/ elbow not allowed). The
conduit to be laid in ceiling with proper clamps/ wall/ floor
and filling the chase with cement mortar and finishing the
same in original form/ wooden partition/ above false ceiling
with proper clamps etc. all complete.

(Wherever required as per standard specifications).

i) Each circuit shall have independent earth wire.
ii) Each point shall be earthed.
iii) Circuit wiring is to be included in point wiring rates.
i) Primary light points controlled by one 6 amp. Modular Nos. 60.00
switch.
ii) Secondary points controlled by one 6 amp. Modular Nos. 27.00
switch.
v) One call bell point with ceiling rose/ 6amp. 3 pin socket Nos. 1.00
controlled by one 6 amp. Push Modular switch.

vi) One wall fan/ exhaust fan point with 6 amp 3-pin socket Nos. 2.00
controlled by one 6 amp. Modular switch. The switch
should be at switchboard level.
vii) One light 5 pin socket controlled by one 6 amp. Modular
switch.

2 POWER POINTS
i) Same as serial no.1, but wiring for 6/16 Amp, 6-pin
sockets by using 2 X 4 sq.mm. PVC insulated 1100 V
grade copper conductor wire with independent 2 X 2.5
sq.mm earth wire from D.B. to first point 1 st socket and 1st
to 2nd, socket with 2.5 sq.mm. and 1.5 earth wire including
providing and fixing of 16 Amp, 6 –pin socket
with 16 Amp. Switch (Maximum two points in a circuit).

ii) Same as serial no.1, but wiring for A/C socket by using 2 X Nos. 8.00
6 sq.mm. PVC insulated 1100 V grade copper conductor
wire and earthing with 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated 1100 V
grade copper conductor wire including providing and fixing
32 amp 3 pin (phase, neutral and earth) for 1 phase socket
outlet with 1 No. 32 amp SP MCB. (Only one outlet shall
be connected to each
circuit).

3 LIGHT FITTINGS
Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of
following light fixtures with electronic Ballasts, electronic
transformer, Tubes, lamps, all fixing materials including
connecting wires etc. all complete as per the directions of
Engineer-in-charge.

i) TMS022 1xTL528 W HFB 1xTL528 W with only 27 mm Nos. 12.00

width for mounting of make Philips.

ii) 595 X 595, LED 36 W Ultraslim Fixture of make Philips/ Nos. 28.00
Wipro/ CG (Contractor to take approval before
installation ).

iv) BBS170 X 1 X DLED 5000PSU CW complete as Nos. 32.00

required 15 W (noiminal) of make Philips/ Wipro/ CG
(Contractor to take approval before installation ).

4 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of

following fans, chandeliers with all fixing materials like
white Polycarbonate 2 mm Hylem sheet cover, down rods,
fan box as required etc. all complete as per the directions
of Engineer-in-charge.

i) Wall mounted fans 400 mm dia. HiFlo/ Bajaj Midea/ Nos. 10.00
Usha Mist Air.
ii) Supply & fixing of 230 mm exhaust fan 'Ventilair DX W' Nos. 2.00
with self closing louvers and plastic body with all
accessories etc. complete of make Havells/ Crompton/
Orient.

5 Wiring with 2 X 2.5 sq.mm. + 1 X 1.5 sq.mm. PVC Nos. 10.00

insulated 1100 V Grade multi stranded copper conductor
wires in 2 mm thick PVC conduit from UPS DB to
computer point. Each point to have 3 Nos. 6 Amp 5 pin
modular type sockets, one 6 Amp indicator at below the
top of the table/ counter and controlled by one 6 Amp
modular switch at above the table top in wooden partition
with all accessories, inner/ outer plates, metal box etc. and
to be fixed on wooden partitions/ by grouting on wall etc.
as per the requirement at site.

b) Same as above but looped from the above 1st Point to Nos. 10.00
2nd point and 2nd point to 3rd point (Maximum 3 points
in a circuit).

6 DISTRIBUTION BOARDS
All MCBs are of 'C' Series.

a Supplying, fixing, on wall, interconnection, factory Nos. 2.00
fabricated for LIGHTING DB 4 way TPN with double door
(metal) for having three phase 40 Amp TPN as incomer
controlling 12 Nos. 10 Amp/ 16 Amp SP MCB.

b Supplying, fixing, on wall, interconnection, factory Nos. 1.00

fabricated MCB DB 4 way TPN with double door (metal)
having three phase 63 Amp TPN as incomer controlling 12
Nos. 25 Amp SP MCB’s. The DB shall be suitable for both
single and three-phase output. (A.C.)

c Supplying, fixing, on wall, interconnection, factory Nos. 1.00

fabricated for UPS POWER DB 8 way SPN with double
door (metal) for having 40 Amp DPMCB as incomer
Controlling 10 Nos. 10 Amp SP MCB’s.

fabricated 4 way SPN with double door (metal) for
having three phase 63 Amp TPN MCB.

7 Supplying all materials and laying/ pulling 1100 volts grade

PVC insulated copper conductor wires (FRLS) in MS
conduit with all fixing accessories after cutting the floor,
wall and the like etc. and replastering the floor level to
original. Conduit must be 30 mm below the floor finish
level.

i) 3 core X 6 sq.mm. RM 30.00

8 (i) Supplying and laying of aluminium armoured XLPE cable

of following size:

commissioning of cubical type main panel made from 2
mm thick CRCA sheet, M.S. channel for fixing on wall
complete with MCCBs, MCBs meters C.T. etc complete in
all respect, double strip aluminium insulated bus bar with
heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in suitable bus-bar chamber,
wiring, name plate, earth-bus etc & comprising of
compartments with hinged doors & rubber gasket, bus bar
chamber with bolted door and rubber gasket etc. The
panel being of dust & vermin proof construction and to
be painted with primer and smoke gray paint (minimum
two coats) to look attractive. The panel should be
comprising with the followings: (Degree of Protection IP-
54).

100 Amp TP MCCB 25 KA with neutral link.

100 Amp 4P change over.
125 Amps. Capacity aluminum bus bar with heat
shrinkable proper insulation with colour-code.
Digital ammeter & voltmeter with selector switches.
R-Y-B phase indicators with 2 Amp. Back up HRC fuse.

10 EARTH STATIONS
(i) Supplying and installation of pipe-pipe technology Ashlok Nos. 2.00
Earthing system, Model T-19 with outer diameter of 50
mm, length 2000 mm embedded in the soil with masonry
inspection pit along with cover etc., complete in all respect.
Each pit installation test certificate to be submitted after
measurement of earth resistance as per the provision in
IS: 3043. (Panel earthing).(The contractor has to carry
out the earth station work from
Bank’s authorized vendor.)

11 Providing & fixing of 25 X 3 mm GI strip. RM 45.00

12 P/f Telephone point wiring with 2 pair cable and fixing Nos. 11.00
telephone Jack.

13 P/f 20 pair telephone cable in PVC conduit RM 40.00
