Professional Life:
In the professional life my main motivation comes from providing excellent service to every customer
with whom I come into contact. I look for opportunities to improve my customer service skills so that
each person I interact with will have a positive experience. I want to help people and to guide them in
the right direction through my skills. This passion to help people in having a positive experience and to
point them in the positive direction not only motivates me but also helps me improve my service skills.

Another aspect that keeps me motivated is that I have a great passion for my work and field and I also
love to communicate with people from different fields of life in this way I can gain experience as well
as knowledge about different things and areas of work. This also provides me a great opportunity to
improve my communication skills

I feel motivated by leading a team and helping each member grow. I have been able to develop
management plans and create goals that we could achieve together, allowing us to later celebrate our
successes. In this way by leading a team I can learn a lot of things from my fellow team members as
well as I can help them to eradicate their weaknesses. So, leading a team and being the part of a group
keeps me motivated and helps me grow alongside other people and help the members in their areas of
weaknesses.

I am motivated by deadlines and work well with a clear timeline in place. Meeting a deadline helps me
feel like I have accomplished a goal and keeps me more motivated to continue to exceed expectations.
In this way I can make a schedule check for all the tasks that I have to accomplish and the work is
completed before time, plenty of time is saved by working through this way and I can verify every detail
before finalizing anything.

So, basically my professional life remains motivated by following the deadlines, helping my customers
to gain a positive experience, a passion to enhance and enrich my communication skills and leading my
fellow teammates towards a positive direction and by helping people enhance their skills in the field .

Personal Life:
My goals keep me motivated. The difference between those who succeed and those who don’t is goals.
If you have goals that keep you challenged, you will be motivated towards life. There are some goals
that I have achieved while there others that are still there to fulfill and these are the main reason that
keeps me motivated in life.

What motivates me is the intricate nature of this life. The surprises that await me. The future I am
building for myself and the results that are yet to come to me. Whether to make me gloriously happy or
teach me a lesson. Success and failure. Everything pushes me to strive in this volatile life.

By the grace of Allah I am able to enjoy every beautiful thing in life but there are people that are unable
to even have the basic necessities of life they don’t even have enough resources so that they can have
proper food on daily basis. I want to help those people and it also one of the main reason that keeps me
motivated in life. I want gain a higher authority in our system so that I may provide such people with
the basic necessities of life as well as to become able to grant them an opportunity to move forward in
their life and to achieve something for themselves.

So, the curiosity as to what is going to happen with me in future, my unachieved goals and the passion
to help people gain something in life and make their life better is what keeps me motivated in my
personal life.

 In 5 years.

In future I want to start my career by working for a well reputed organization to gain some experience
in the field as well as to enhance my professional and communication skills. I will not remain motionless
at one place but will keep exploring better opportunities for gaining a lot of experience and to interact
with different people.

 Then in 5 years I will try to build my own setup it will be a place for people to gain experience
and will allow them to help each other and to give their life and career a direction and passion
a friendly environment will be maintained where people can provide their opinions.
 In 10 years I see myself as a successful business tycoon guiding and motivating thousands of
young minds. Through my organization I will encourage the youngsters to enhance their skills
and provide them an opportunity to lead a better life full of happiness and success.
 My basic motivation in life is to help the needy and to help people lead a normal and happy
life. I want to help the people who are not privileged to enjoy even the basic necessities of life
so in 20 years after achieving the heights of success and building an organization. I see myself
as one of the greatest philanthropist of Pakistan. I will spent a big portion of my wealth for the
betterment of poor and needy will help them getting good education and then I will provide
them a career opportunity by giving them a chance to work for my organization under my
guideline.
