3 1. THIS DATASHEET IS FOR THE 2 WASTE HEAT RECOVERY UNITS 56A105A AND 56A105B ATTACHED TO GAS TURBINE GENERATORS
4 75GQ105A AND 75GQ105B THAT ARE TO BE INSTALLED FOR DAY 1 OPERATION. THE OPERATING MODE WILL BE 2X100%.
5 A THIRD UNIT OF WHRU, 56A105C WILL BE INSTALLED IN FUTURE WHEN TRAIN 2 PRODUCTION FACILITIES INSTALLED.
6 PROVISION OF 56A105C IS OUT OF THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT.
7 2. A) CASE 1 IS THE DESIGN CASE. EACH WHRU SHALL BE DESIGNED FOR 2.5 MW.
8 B) CASE 2 TAKES PLACE WHEN 2 WHRUs ARE RUNNING AND PROVIDING NORMAL HOT OIL SUPPLY TO TEG REBOILER TRAIN 1 AND
9 TEG REBOILER TRAIN 2. TOTAL NORMAL HEAT TO BE RECOVERED IS 4.7 MW FROM 2 UNITS OF WHRUs.
10 C) CASE 3 TAKES PLACE AT INITIAL YEARS WHEN HOT OIL IS ONLY SUPPLIED TO TEG REBOILER OF TRAIN 1. TOTAL HEAT
11 RECOVERED NEEDED IS 1.8 MW. ONLY ONE WHRU IN OPERATION.
12 D) CASE 4 TAKES PLACE WHEN HOT OIL IS ONLY SUPPLIED TO TEG REBOILER OF TRAIN 2. TOTAL HEAT RECOVERED NEEDED
13 IS 2.9 MW. TWO WHRUs ARE IN SERVICE SHARING THE LOADS.
14 3. FLOW RATE OR DUTY INDICATED IS FOR ONE UNIT OF WHRU.
15 4. DUTIES AND FLOWRATE ARE BASED ON INITIAL ESTIMATES. TO BE CONFIRMED BASED ON TEG REGENERATION PACKAGE VENDOR
16 INFORMATION ON TEG REBOILERS DUTY.
17 5. MAX PRESSURE DROP IS 1 BAR BASED ON CASE 1. THE OUTLET PRESSURE FOR OTHER CASES TO BE PROVIDED BY VENDOR BASED
18 ON THE PRESSURE DROP AT RESPECTIVE CASES.
19 6. TO BE CONFIRMED BY VENDOR. TEMPERATURE SHOULD NOT BE LOWER THAN 250ºC TO AVOID CONDENSATION OF CORROSIVE
20 COMPOUND.
21 7. VENDOR TO ADVISE THE MINIMUM FLOW REQUIRED TO CIRCULATE THROUGH EACH WHRU TO KEEP THE WHRU IN WARM UP
22 CONDITION WHEN HEAT RECOVERY IS NOT REQUIRED.
23 8. TO BE ADVISED BY VENDOR.
24 9. VENDOR TO ENSURE ALL WHRU DUTIES CAN BE SUPPLIED AT MINIMUM GTG ELECTRICAL LOAD OF 50% FOR A TAURUS 70 UNIT FOR
25 EITHER FUEL GAS OR DIESEL FIRING.
26 10. TO BE PROVIDED BY GTG VENDOR. FOR TENTATIVE DATA, REFER TO PAGE 7.
27 11. MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE PRESSURE DROP INDICATED INCLUDES ALL DRAUGHT LOSSES THROUGH WHRU BUNDLE, ALL DUCT WORKS
28 FROM GAS TURBINE EXHAUST DUCT FLANGE, EXHAUST SILENCER AND STACK LOSSES.

NOTES
1. VENDOR shall supply as a minimum the following data for the purpose of evaluation, approval and record.
a) All physical drawings showing all dimensions, location of terminal boxes and size, connection diagrams, methods of
terminations, couplings, keyways, etc.
b) A complete set of installation, operating and maintenance data.
c) Surface preparation and painting.
d) A list of recommended spares (seperately priced).
2. Cable entry size for terminal boxes shall be suitable for CONTRACTOR's cable termination. VENDOR shall recheck/confirm
with CONTRACTOR the cable entry size requirement during BID.
3. When motors are furnished with the driven equipment as a package, the torque characteristics and speed shall be the
responsibility of the driven equipment VENDOR.
