Job description:

Currently working as “Blue Circle Organics Pvt .Ltd. Ambernath as an Assistant

Production Officer.” From 19th February 2019 to Present.

I have about 3 Years’ experience as a “Panel Officer in Vinati Organics Ltd.,

Chiplun.” From June 2015 to January 2019.

 Working with Batch process plant of Fine chemicals production. Actively

involving in to new product development, current technical issues as well as
incorporation of new concept.
 Maintain normal operating conditions at different throughputs by quality
requirements of various process streams, products & by products.
 As a plant engineer monitor the all technical aspects in the plant (Reactors,
Dryers, Centrifuge, Cooling tower, Boiler, Pumps, ETP system,Pulverizers)
 Control unit operations & Process employed in the section with quality,
quantity of raw materials, chemicals & catalysts requirements.
 Manpower handling and distribution.
 Fallows all safety accepts, discipline, safety, regulation of organization.
 Familiarization of process equipments & operating variables on its
interdependence. its effect on products yield & quality.
 Handling high pressure and temperature endothermic reaction. (58-60 kg/cm2
and 225-2300 C).
 Handling oxidation reaction (exothermic reaction). (10-11kg/cm2 and 140-1450
C)
 Handling packed distillation column, Vacuum distillation, Extractive
distillation, Autoclave, Scrubber, Oxidizer, Crystallizer, ANF, Screw-
Conveyor, Silo, and Dryer.
 Handling various chemicals such as TBA, methanol, caustic lye, TB Amine,
therminol 55,Na-acrylate, PTBT, PTBBA, Acetic Acid, Cobalt Acetate,
Sodium bromide, Toluene.
 Conversant with Distributed control system, Projects-Commissioning and
erection of equipment.

 Adept in dealing with the ever challengeable industrial safety culture.

  Working in partnership with the team of shift engineers, supervisors and
operators achieved significant improvement in productivity.

 Broad experience in planning & executing the stipulated work.

 Knowledge about "EHS”. Environment Health and Safety system. To
