continuously increasing despite the same number of classrooms from the

Interpretation: The Last three years, the weight of the students were taken by the MAPEH
teachers for the BASELINE data. Based on the computed BMI, 77.61% students are within the
normal health status, while 16.22% are below the normal status. January 2019, the weights were
taken for the ENDLINE data. Based on the computed BMI, 80.91% students are within the normal
health status, while 10.99% are below the normal status.

Interpretation: In the last year, all our teachers from all subject areas attended Mass
Trainings on K to 12, In-Service Trainings and other seminars & workshops initiated by the
School & the Division of Las Pinas.

Interpretation: The number of dropout students decreased from SY 2015-2016 to SY 20116-2017 &
it increased last School Year (2017-2018).The common cause of the drop-out among the students
dwell in family problem.
