Self cleanup

You can use this procedure routinely once a month to once a week, and in case of
difficulties, up to one to two times a day. For a daily practice, the short version is ​in italics​,
and the very short version ​is underlined​.

Preliminary steps
If you plan to take a shower or a bath, do it before the self cleanup procedure.

For energies to flow more easily, you can do a few minutes of light physical exercises, or
shaking your body, or dancing.

Avoid taking a shower or a bath for a few hours, to avoid flushing the good energies.

To absorb energies, you can do a few minutes of light physical exercises, or shaking your
body, or dancing.

Drink water. Avoid iced drinks for a few hours.
