Abstract/ Preface

Although water covers about two-third of the earth’s surface, only 3 percent of this
amount is fresh water and two-thirds of that is ice, we should not use that for purposes
like recreational features. Instead of that its better to adopt sea as a recreational center
.considering that living on water will not mean one would have to disturb the marine
ecology , but rather adapt to it and enhance the environment for both people and
marine life.
