●Take care of Guest Relation


●Be thoroughly knowledgeable of all policies and procedures and systems used in each sector of the
front office sectors, to be able to give a decisive supervision to the staff when needed
●Ensure that the various reports required for the day to day operation are completed accurately, and
distributed to the concerned departments
●To participate in the requested monthly statistics and reports
●Ensure that all guests receive a courteous welcome upon check in
●Act as a salesperson in order to maximize the room’s revenue
●Ensure proper handling of guest mail, messages and parcels
●Dealing with all types of guest complaints and take preventive steps immediately
●Handling PABX System if required
●Handling CCTV operation if required
●Handling Credit Card Payment if required
●Supervise subordinates with usual front office activities.
●Being knowledgeable of all the credit cards and cashing policies efficiently.

9. What’s your expected remunerations in first 6mths during probation period, proving
