various factors related to processing parameters and raw materials. Some of these defects may have
occurred in glaze or in the bulk ceramic. You are required to explain

(i) Which type of defect it is? What is origin of this defect (is it in glaze or in ceramic?)
(ii) Why these defect occurred? What are various causes of these defects?
(iii) What are the strategies/remedies to avoid particular defect in ceramics?
