CIRCULAR
I. FEES:
All students are requested to pay their fees and Mess & Laundry advances as applicable for the
Semester II of Academic Year 2019-20 by 18th December 2019. Following are the details of fees:

Note:

 SC, ST and PwD (with minimum 40% disability) students of all programmes are eligible for
tuition fee waiver.

 Failure to pay the fees by the specified deadline will attract in a penalty of 1% of the overdue
fees subject to minimum of Rs.500/-. Further, if a student fails to pay the fees due within 30
days of the registration date for that semester, his/her registration for that semester is liable
to be cancelled.

Mode and Process of Payment through IMS (please ensure that pop-ups are allowed for your
browser):

 Follow Financial Assistance > Wallet Details in your IMS


 Click on ‘Add money to Wallet’
 In the next screen input your mobile number or if already present you can edit the mobile
number
 Enter Amount – the amount of total fees to be paid (you can pay all the amount in one
transaction inclusive of fee and mess and laundry advance, as applicable)
 Click on Submit
 Check the box for ‘I agree all information is true’.
 Click on Pay
 The applicable amount of fee to be paid will display with the extra charges
 Choose your mode of payment & proceed for payment like any other online payment process.

Students are required to take a note of the following additional charges while making payment of fees
through Paytm:

1. An additional transaction charge of Rs. 10/- will be levied on payment via Net-Banking through
Paytm.
2. A commission for payment through debit card @ 0.75% for transactions less than Rs. 2,000/-
and 1% for transactions more than Rs. 2,000/- respectively will be levied.
3. Commission @ 1% will be levied on transactions through Credit Card and Paytm Wallet.

II. REGISTRATION:
The following are ordinarily the preconditions for registration:

1. Payment of Fees including Mess and Laundry advance, and any other financial dues.
2. In case you need any financial assistance to pay the fees, please get in touch with the office
of the Dean, Student Affairs, sufficiently early so that the fees is realized by 18th December
2019.
3. If you are availing Bank Loan facilities for payment of Fees:
A) You must ensure that the institute receives the entire fees on or before 18th December
2019.
B) The student needs to submit related documents / transaction reference number to the
Accounts and Academic Affairs office on or before 18th December 2019 for confirmation
of fee payment through bank.
4. ‘No dues’ from the Library (return of books and related payment of fines, if any).

Please note that late registration may attract penalty as per institute norms.
