What is Miracle Powder?

Miracle frying oil powder is magnesium silicate. Magnesium silicate is used by most major fast food
companies in the filtration process to remove minute carbon particles which are a host to bacteria that
attack your oil and create acidity. Miracle powder is of the highest food grade standard and is a proven
method to increase the life of your oil.
How it works?
Miracle Frying Oil Powder works by removing not only food debris and impurities, but also by
removing FFA’s and OFA’s (free fatty acids and oxidized fatty acids) which are major contributors to oil
degradation. By using Miracle Powder daily you can dramatically increase the life of your oil and
profits! Your oil will stay cleaner longer and you will serve maximum quality fried food from your clear
odor free fryer oil.

Directions For Use

1. Tighten
Be sure filter machine is in proper working
order. Tighten all fittings and seals. Be sure
screen or paper filter is secured properly
with no leaks.
2. Attach
Position and set up filter machine
according to machine directions.
3. Apply
Evenly cast Miracle Filter Powder into
frying oil or spread evenly onto the
filter paper.Use proper dosage while
oil is at working temperature.
4. Drain
Drain oil from fryer into filter machine.
5. Polish
Start filter machine with hose inside of
fryer. Recirculate (polish) oil by hanging
outlet hose over the fryer & allowing the oil
to run back into filter machine for a
minimum of 5 minutes.
6. Replace
Close fryer drain and pump clean oil into
fryer. Discard filter paper and used miracle
powder.

Recommended Dosage
*1 Cup of Miracle Powder is Approximatly 4.5oz or 125g
*Heavy food loading may benefit from increasing Miracle Powder dosage.
