Use the shims to set the mesh between the


gears Don't tap these Drill/ream front knuckle
holes, it makes holes to 3mm and drag
the screws link holes to 2mm to
tighter so they allow free movement
don't back
themselves out
Any rigid 3mm shaft coupler can be used I turned a shaft collar for the spur geat to press
onto to make assembly/disassembly easier. If you
can't buy/make a 7mm o.d. shaft collar, print the
spur gear with the 3mm hole and press it straight
onto the shaft.

Use shims again to set gear mesh
