 ChevronTexaco CABGOC Angola: Commissioning of Off Shore Bomboco Well Head platform, Intech
being Sub Contractor Company of Stolt Offshore. The activities included Loop testing.

 Bomboco Wellhead Platform: Project team Engineer for the Engineering, Design and implementation of
the Control & Instrumentation project with Chevron CABGOC Angola. The system consists of AB
ControLogix Control System, with Wonderware InTouch HMI for a 15 dual line completion wellheads
platform.

 Sanha Condensate Project: Project team Engineer (DCS) for the Engineering, Design and implementation
with Chevron CABGOC Angola. The system consists of Yokogawa DCS System and Prosafe Safety
System.

 TengizChevrOil, Kazakhstan: Project team engineer for Well Head control Panel Upgrade project. The
activities include system design and engineering.

 IHI Marine Unit Japan and Yokogawa Japan / Yokogawa Netherlands: Safety System support on Sanha
LPG FPSO made for Cabinda gulf Oil Company, Cabinda Angola. The responsibilities included start up
support for the safety System of FPSO during Gas trials/Gas loading which took place in Imabari, Japan.
Yokogawa Prosafe PLC is used as safety PLC on Sanha LPG FPSO.

 General Motors Central utilities Complex: Team member for development and engineering, Delta Town
Ship USA executed by Intech Process Automation. The system consists of Contrologix PLC, Cimplicity
Version 6 HMI and InSQL historian.

 Amerada Hesse and Modec LLC. in Equatorial Guinea: Team member for development and engineering
of two offshore‎ platforms‎ (Okume/Oveng).‎ The‎ PCS‎ and‎ PSS‎ systems‎ comprise‎ of‎ Allen‎ Bradley’s‎
ControLogix PLC and RSVIEW SE 3.20 for HMI, with InSQL as Historian.

 OMV Kadanwari natural gas processing plant: FEED (Front end engineering document) for shifting
existing multi vendor PLC system to Yokogawa DCS and Honeywell Experience C200 & 300.

 Block 0 Cabinda Gulf Angola for Chevron Texaco: Programming of Telemetry data exchange (startup
gas) between three platforms (BBLT, South Nemba and GIP Fox).

 Sanha FPSO: Yokogawa DCS system Maintenance support at designed and operated by Single buoy
Mooring (SBM) and Chevron Texaco, Cabinda, Angola.

 Chevron Production and Maintenance Department: Data gathering from all offshore platforms (Alpha,
Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Fox, KWIP) and well jackets in Malongo area, Cabinda gulf, Angola into one
combined‎HMI‎application‎for‎Chevron’s‎Production‎and‎maintenance‎Department.‎HMI‎System‎developed‎
in Wonder Ware InTouch 9.0. PLC systems in general are PLC5, SLC, ControLogix or Moore APACS and
QUADLOG CCMs and in some cases they are Moodbus RTUs linked through Ethernet radios.

 HMI System of gas injection: Design and Upgrade (in Malongo) of HMI System of gas injection platform
Delta, Malongo, Cabinda, Angola to InTouch 9.0 from InTouch 7.x. The new design now includes Server
Rack having redundant IO Servers gathering data from Moore APACS system for process and safety
system, One server for alarm and historical data archiving and remote accessibility with future enhancement
to switch to InSQL enabled through configuration and one server as Engineering Station having all the
applications running in NAD. The system is connected to redundant MBus (Future plan to switch to MNET)
and redundant Ethernet configuration for above mentioned servers and 5 Operator station.

Engineering Manager ATGPA Lahore – Pakistan Feb 2016 - Present

 Major Projects
 Engineering Supervisor: Currently supervising a team of 35 engineers for successful delivery of multiple
automation projects including Oil & Gas sector, Power, Pharmaceuticals and F&B.

 OML100 ICSS Upgrade Project (TOTAL-Nigeria): Migration from Bailey INFI 90 to Yokogawa Centum VP.
Prepared RFC dossier, RFSU dossier, OTP, Pre-commissioning Plan, Commissioning Plan, Loop check
report.

 OML100 ICSS Upgrade Project (TOTAL-Nigeria): Performed‎ on‎ the‎ company’s‎ largest‎ Offshore‎ Project‎
as the Lead for F&G System. SOW includes FEED, Detailed Engineering Design, Procurement, fabrication
& installation of detectors, cables, panels & accessories. The selected CS is Invensys Triconex. Currently
the project is in the DED Phase.

 North Nemba Control System Upgrade (Chevron-Angola): Supervised a team of engineers for the up-
gradation of control system from PLC5 to ControlLogix for both PCS and ESS controllers with more than
4500‎IO’s.‎ My‎ responsibilities‎ include‎ complete‎ hardware‎ and‎ software‎ FDS‎ documentation‎ approval‎from‎
client, successful conduction of FAT in Houston, USA and execution of off-shore commissioning activities
during shutdown. Managing Project schedules for engineering and procurement of equipment.

 C&E Verification (BPAngola): Worked on a project of British Petroleum-Angola for verification of the C&E
of their F&G and ESD System. The system is HIMA with ELOPII as the functional software.There are seven
controllers‎with‎an‎initial‎verification‎of‎300‎IO’s‎from‎Software‎Logic‎and‎C&E‎sheet.

 SCADA PI Integration (Chevron Nigeria Ltd.): Worked on OSi-Soft PI Server 3.4.370 integration project.
The SOW included data acquisition from more than 15 off-shore and on-shore locations. This data is initially
send to a local DMZ Network PI Server for troubleshooting and Data Analysis and then to the Business
Network PI Server for Production checks and Machine performance analysis. Working on setting up PI
interface Nodes and their communication protocols for Data Acquisition from various systems including
Yokogawa Centum CS3000, ControlLogix 5000, Wonderware Historian through different DA Servers.
Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting.

 Meren1 PLC Upgrade & System Integration (CNL): Developed the Execution Plan for the Hot-Cutover
Commissioning activities at the Meren1 Platform. \

 Commissioning and Startup Activities for Satellite Field Development Project Phase-I (Mobil
Producing Nigeria Unlimited): Worked as commissioning engineer for SFDP-I(four wellhead platforms and
two master gathering stations), the major responsibilities was to carry out commissioning and startup
activities for all 4 facilities. Emerson Delta-V, Emerson ROC800, GE MDS Radio Configuration on Master
(Ubit) and Remote (Abang, Itut & Oyot), Communication setup for GE MDS Radio with Emerson, Provox
System (existing DCS) installed on Usari platform Loop testing on all RTU platforms (Abang, Itut, Utue, &
Oyot), Offshore commissioning of the RTU Panels on all RTU Platforms, Startup of the RTU platforms and
verification of all parameters over the Master platforms.

 North Compressor Station Commissioning & Startup Services Chevron Nigeria Limited : Performed
Commissioning‎ on‎ systems‎ including‎ GE‎ Mark‎ VIe,‎ Allen‎ Bradley’s‎ ControlLogix,‎ Autronica‎ Fire‎ &‎ Gas‎
Detection‎System,‎Honeywell’s‎BMS‎and‎Wonderware‎InTouch‎HMIs. Performed the loop checks, modified

personnel in the investigation and root cause analysis of recurrent equipment and component failures, seeking

Unicon installations for ESP pumps, Software upgrades on GSL, GSN etc. All of the 27 well jackets were remote
controlled and monitored from the main control room on TAP or from each processing production platforms. They

expansion project Phase 3. Responsibilities include field installation, testing and commissioning of turbines, field

Prosafe RS safety system, Autronica Fire and Gas detection system, Bentley Nevada Vibration Monitoring System

September, 2008(Replacement of Honeywell TDC3000 with Yokogawa Centum DCS without operation disruption):
Took lead during Hot Cutover Execution Phase. Carried out the daily Morning Safety Briefs and Tool Box Talks with
execution team and operations personnel, daily activities planning, look ahead planning and the daily progress
reports to all stakeholders. Developed the standard communication protocol and loops cutover strategy for all control
loops with clear roles and responsibilities for each team member. As a result, HCO was completed ahead of
schedule, without any incident or process disruption. The activity was planned for 90 days but with better planning
and control was completed in 45 days, resulting in cost saving for the company. EGP Train 1 Shutdown Turnaround
Work and Startup: Took lead on Shutdown activities to make sure project milestones are tracked and achieved on
time and incident free, activities included:

1). SIS Cause and Effect Testing of existing plant (Shutdown Cutover from Silvertech to Yokogawa Prosafe).
2). LPG System commissioning and Startup.
3). New Ground Flare SYstem Commissioning and Startup. Received recognition certificate for this activity.
4). New Regen Gas Heater Commissioning and Startup.
Train 1 Startup achieved successfully without any LTI. EGP3 Train 2 Systems Commissioning and Startup:
1). Active participation in Commissioning and Startup of Regen Heater, Hot Oil Heater, Condensate Heater, TEG
Heater & Flare, Condensate Stabilization System, De-ethanizer, De-Butanizer, Analyzer System and Mole Sieve
System.
2). Took Lead during commissioning and startup of Instrument Air Compressors and Nitrogen Package. It was
realized that due to some logistics issues, vendor cannot arrive on Site to carry out commissioning and Startup. The
Startup challenge was handed over to commissioning group. Took the lead and actively engaged all stake holders
and experts to successfully and safely achieve the startup.
3). Set up and organized the Flare System, TEG Flare, CCC, CMS System, FGDS and PMS training for Maintenance
and operational personnel.

 Control System Maintenance Specialist Position at Sanha Condensate Complex with Chevron
Cabgoc, Cabinda, Angola. The Sanha Control System comprises of Yokogawa CS3000 DCS, Prosafe
