Re: 2010 GA Library Media Center Self-Evaluation

Comments: Diana and I recently evaluated the media center by conducting a self-
evaluation using the 2010 Georgia Library Media Center Self-
Evaluation Rubric. We are pleased to report that Exemplary status
was reached in thirteen out of nineteen possible indicators. A level of
proficient was given to the remaining six indicators. An action plan is
provided for all proficient areas to bring them to the exemplary level.

The chart below has three columns. The left column provides the
categories and corresponding target indicators. The middle column
indicates the level currently being met by the media center. The right-
hand column contains an action plan for each area rated as proficient.
