 Day today maintenance of all field instruments
 Periodic maintenance of all field instruments
 Execution of Safe guarding system
 Involved in Periodic shut down & Turnaround(Planning, Procure Material & Execution)
 MOC coordinator for instrument jobs
 Execution of CTM instruments calibration and record keeping
 Participated in Alarm management and do follow up on alarm reduction
 Metering instruments on line proving coordination with 3rd party prover.

RESPONSIBILITIES AT ROTATING OFFSHORE SYSTEM

 Preparation of Instrument Index , Datasheet, I/O list, Cable schedule & Ex-Register
 Technical bid evaluation of Vendor quotes
 Ensure the Instrument installation at site with GA Drawing, P&ID’s, Junction box termination
diagram, Loop diagram, & Hook-up diagram.
 Compilation of Installation, Operation & Maintenance manual.
 Preparation & Clearance of Punch points

 Ensure reliability of Field Instruments by executing the preventive and routine maintenance
activities
 Calibration and Troubleshooting of Field Instruments

 Flow Transmitters (Vortex, DP, Magnetic, Coriolis) - Rosemount
