Although the country had become a colony of Japan, as time goes by Indonesia and
Japan found a point of peace and to establish bilateral cooperation in order to maintain
good diplomatic relations. Indonesia requires Japan and vice versa Japan also requires
Indonesia. Indonesia and Japan's cooperation to date has run approximately for 59 years
since 1958. The various sectors of cooperation has been run by Indonesia and Japan in the
fields of economy, education, culture and even cultural trade. Diplomacy becomes
important for the entire country today. Each country is negotiating with other countries to
jointly achieve their own national interests. This is also done between Indonesia and Japan
diplomacy to work together in various sectors to meet their individual interests and
maintain good relations between countries
Conclusion
Indonesia and Japan started their relationship by means of colonization. But after
that, Indonesia and Japan are related both to meet the interests of their respective countries.
Beginning of help in resolving the crisis experienced by Indonesia, diplomatic relations
with Japan continued until now.
Japan has provided assistance to Indonesia, both in terms of funding, the
construction of structures and infrastructure, and political dynamics. Has many projects
produced in collaboration between Indonesia - Japan, especially in the economic field and
then social and political as well. The toil of Indonesia in diplomacy for the sake of
establishing good cooperation with Japan is expected to continue to gain benefits for
Indonesia and is also for Japan.
The importance of diplomacy of every country to another country is expected to
obtain results and objectives to be achieved. Similarly, with the cooperation by Indonesia
with Japan as a form of appreciating diplomacy, which is expected to reach Indonesia's
national interests and maintain good relations between countries. And Japan also practiced
diplomacy with Indonesia to achieve the national interests of his country. No violence was
used in the handling of this cooperation but diplomacy to negotiate the interests of each
other.
