MANIFESTATION
ACCUSED, LIANE GREGORIO y DIOLA, through the undersigned
counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:
1. The accused, pursuant to the Order of the Honorable Court, had
undergone drug test before the Santiago City Crime Laboratory Office located at Integrated Terminal Complex, Malvar, Santiago City.
2. Upon examination conducted by the said Office on August 23, 2018,
accused yielded NEGATIVE for the presence of methamphetamine and THC-metabolites. Attached herewith to form an integral part hereof as Annex “1” are the Drug Test Reports issued by the Santiago City Crime Laboratory and signed by Police Chief Inspector Lovelyn G. Ganiron.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this
Honorable Court that the foregoing Manifestation be taken notice of and be considered in the resolution of the accused’s Motion to Allow the Accused to Plead Guilty to a Lesser Offense.
Other reliefs, just and equitable under the circumstances, are likewise prayed for.
