Engineering Graduates
- Internship Programs

Welcome to the XenonStack Internship Program. The internship program is divided

into 3 Phases. Each phase plays a critical role in your growth. On the successful
completion of the program you will be hired as an Employee.


 
The Foundation Phase is the first phase of Internship program at XenonStack.
This phase is of 250 Hours Assignment to Learn Foundation Tasks

The Foundation Phase is divided into 5 Modules. Every Saturday, You have to
Share the status on slack channel- Foundation Phase.

After completion of each module submit the respective Google Form only than
the next module will be allotted.

After completion of all the Modules you will have a 15 minutes zoom
discussion with the XenonStack Team. During this meeting you will be analyzed
on your communication skills, presentation skills, knowledge of the modules
and willingness to learn.

After the successful completion of the Foundation Phase you will be called to
work from Xenonstack Office.


All the communication will be through Slack. Create an Account on Akira Analytics
and join the channel Foundation Phase. All the communication will be done
through this channel.

This phase is of 60 Days. During this phase you will be given different Technical
tasks Specific to the work.

You will be analysed regularly on your communication skills, regularity, ability

and willingness to follow the process and culture of the organization.

At the end of the Initiative and Build Phase you will have 20 minutes discussion
with the Project Coordinator and your Technical Mentor. Based on your
performance and assessment, profile will be allocated. If your performance is
not up to the expectations, this phase can be extended upto 2 months.

 



This is the last and the most important phase of the Engineering Graduates
Internship Program. This phase will determine your future in the organization.

This phase is for 90 days. During this time you will be given Profile Specific
work. You will be analysed on your ability to understand the task, timely task
completion, coordination with the team and effective communication.

At the end of this phase you will have 20 minutes discussion with the COO,
Dr. Jagreet Kaur and On Boarding Process will be initiated.

A: Linux, Github and Slack.

What will be Topics in Modules?

A: Data Structures, Algorithms, Programming and Linux.

What will be the Different Profiles offered after Foundation Phase?

A: Software Engineer, Software Testing Engineer, UI Developer, Cloud Engineer
will be profiles after the foundation phase.

What will be the criteria to get the Profiles?

A: The profile depend upon your performance during the 2nd Phase
i.e. Initiative and Build Phase.

What's the process after Completion of Foundation Phase?

A: After the completion of the Foundation Phase you will have to come to
XenonStack office regularly. You will have to bring your laptop during the
period and shift can be night or early morning.

When Stipend will be paid?

A: Your stipend will start from the starting of the 2nd Phase i.e. Initiative and
Build Phase.

What will be the Target Date and Days to finish the Foundation Module?
A: You have to complete the foundation phase in 35 days of you receiving this
Handbook.

If I failed the Foundation Module Assessment, whats next step?

A: If your performance is unsatisfactory during the 30 minutes zoom
discussion, your foundation phase will be extended for another 2 week. Final
Decision will be taken After Completion of 2 weeks.
