Who we are?

Jazal E&C is a UAE based venture having business house spread across Middle East Asia and
Asian markets with varied interests from Retail to high end Engineering Units, with professionally
dedicated technical people who focus their destinations in zenith and mould dreams into reality.
Jazal E&C consists of numerous business entities in order to meet clients’ needs in industrial and
retail markets. Creating value for our clients is our highest priority and we are putting our endless
efforts to achieve our goal.

Integrated Management System (IMS)

Jazal Engineering and Contracting LLC has established, documented, implemented, and current-
ly maintains an Integrated Management System (IMS) that has received certification under the
three international standards for quality, environment, and Occupational health and safety (ISO
9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007, respectively).

Designed to encompass all aspects of the company’s operations, the Integrated Management
System integrates all systems and processes into one comprehensive framework. 

To ensure that the IMS policy is successfully implemented, staff will be responsible for identifying
customer requirements, and ensuring that the correct procedures are followed to meet those
requirements.

Quality

The goal of the company is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Commit-
ment to the implementation of supporting managerial and business operational systems is essen-
tial to realizing that goal.

In Jazal E&C the responsibility of meeting the set standards of quality is shared equally by all and

General Contracting

projects. Its track record includes some of
Abu Dhabi and Dubai’s most prestigious
and iconic developments, from commercial
buildings and shopping malls.

close-out.

Our competent team has a clear ability to grasp the complexities of the challenges with each

to deliver the project on time, within the budget and with superior Quality that will surly ascertain
the success of the project.

Additionally, our construction supervision progresses on the process of observation, analysis,

safety quality control and communication to ensure that the progress of the project is as per
the contraction contract requirement. We work with a complete manual system for tracking. We
control and monitor high level communication and reporting procedure for suave work progress
and supervision.

Our ultimate objective is to achieve a full management of our client’s project and to deliver beyond
the desired results of our client.

MEP Contracting

Jazal E&C provides a complete range of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services though
highly experienced Engineering & Project Management team fully complying to time, cost, Safety
and quality requirements of projects.

Having a fully operational and independent MEP division allows Jazal E&C to execute MEP works
on its projects with full control and highest quality workmanship.

All aspects of MEP work are covered; from estimation, technical support, drafting, design support,
preparation of shop drawings, subcontracting and purchasing. Additionally there is a full staff
of highly qualified site personnel, including foreman, charge hands and tradesmen, including
electricians, plumbers, pipe fitters, ducts men AC technicians and all necessary workshop personnel.

Facility Management

Jazal Facilities Management is a Division of Jazal E&C and was formed as a result of the need for
a new corporate organization that can integrate all Facility Management solutions and offer an
enhanced customer centric approach. Facility Management supports all areas of asset management
including Air-Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing, Lifts, Safety Systems, Architectural elements
and more. All this with regular inspections, servicing and performance monitoring.

Planned Preventive Maintenance is undertaken by diligent professionals. Our trained Engineers

and Technicians are centrally coordinated by our Maintenance manager. In case of a breakdown,
FM’s 24x7 service Mobile Team responds within a guaranteed time period as per service level
agreements.

Our Projects and commissioning team deal with the changes and upgrades that are needed during
the occupational life of a building. This integrated in-house team can provide all the Functionality
of a Main Contractor, without having to bring a 3rd party into a building. This integration is key to
an operational building, as the completeness of the refurbishment or project is underpinned by
the constant presence of the team that will operate and maintain it upon completion.

Lulu Hypermarket. The project involved all civil and electromechanical works
