SDMS USER MANUAL

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please note that the credentials (User ID/Password) that are used in Job Skills portal
(http://jobskills.apssdc.in/sdc/) are unchanged and the same credentials will apply
in the Unified Portal (https://apssdc.in/) for all the users. User include Candidates,
Training Partners, Training Centers, Job Fair Organizers, District Managers, Scheme
Managers, Admin, Colleges, College Admin, Organizations and Skill Connect
admin
APSSDC UNIFIED SDMS PORTAL
The APSSDC unified SDMS Portal is a web-based application to provide trainings and
placements to the candidate(unemployed) and the candidate can track his complete status from
the beginning to the end.

There are fourteen modules mentioned as follows:

CANDIDATE END TO END PROCESS:

The candidate is categorized into Unemployed and Student and can register into APSSDC portal
as shown below:

i)Unemployed – The candidates who are not currently pursuing degree in any of the ESC (Degree
college), ITI(Diploma) Institute will come under Unemployed Youth category.

ii) Student – The candidates who are currently pursuing degree in ESC (Degree college), ITI
(Diploma) Institute will come under Student category.

Unemployed Candidate Registration:

Step 1 : Click on ‘Register’ link to register into APSSDC portal. Both the Unemployed Youth and
Student can register by providing the necessary inputs.

Step 2: Select ‘Candidate Registration’ button and the candidate registration form will be
displayed

Step 3 : Enter all the mandatory inputs and click on ‘Submit’ and the candidate registration will
be done successfully.

Candidate Login:

After successful registration the candidate will receive the registration mail with username and
password in their registered email id.

Step 1: Login using the registered username/(alias username) and password and the candidate
landing page will be displayed. Following screenshots can guide you to proceed.

Candidate Dashboard Page:

1. Home tab- The total count of program, jobs applied, and attendance will be displayed.
The candidate can track the status of the applied program (‘Apply Course’ to ‘Coues
Completion’) and details of all the applied jobs(jobmela/jobs) can be viewed in this
section.

2. Select Trainings/Courses:
- All the ongoing/upcoming trainings/courses available on the registered district
will be displayed as default.
- The candidate can view the ongoing/upcoming trainings/courses by filtering the
district.
- All the batches associated to the filtered district will be displayed by selecting
‘View Batches’.

3. Apply Jobs:
- All the jobs (job mela / jobs) available on the registered district will be displayed
as default.
- The candidate can view and apply for the jobs (job mela / jobs) thereby filtering
the district.

4. Download admit card:


The candidate can download admit card by selecting ‘Download Admit Card’ after
applying for job mela jobs. The applied job details and the candidate details will be present
in the admit card in pdf format.

5. My Certificates:

The candidate can download the certificate of the completed training which has been uploaded
by the Training center in this section.

6. Edit Educational Details:

The candidate can add/update the educational qualifications such as qualifications, course,
specialization, year of pass, CGPA, percentage.

7. Bank Details- The candidate can add their bank details by providing details such as
account number, bank name, branch name, IFSC code, etc in this section.,.

8. Feedback - The candidate can update feedback in this section about the training that he
has attended.

Student Candidate Registration:

Candidate Login:

After successful registration the candidate will receive the registration mail with username and
password in their registered email id.

Step 1: Login using the registered username/(alias username) and password and the candidate
landing page will be displayed. Following screenshots can guide you to proceed.

4. Download admit card:


The candidate can download admit card by selecting ‘Download Admit Card’ after
applying for job mela jobs. The applied job details and the candidate details will be present
in the admit card in pdf format.

5. My Certificates:

The candidate can download the certificate of the completed training which has been uploaded
by the Training center in this section.
