the planes of Royal Airlines are late in taking off and in landing. This has created great
dissatisfaction among its travelling public.

1. To identify the cause of delay in taking off and landing.
2. To address the late taking off and landing of planes in Royal Airlines.

1. The schedule of takeoff and landing.
2. Effective and capable pilots.

Adding maintenance crew improves the time in maintenance and adding utility
personnel helps faster unloading and cleaning.
