Overview

This is high-end solution in the domain of Call Data Analysis

where theme is Effortless Analysis.

This product offers most commonly required analysis in an online mode.

It updates Extension-wise, Department-wise and Trunk-wise summaries; the moment call


record is captured and processed. Whenever it is required to view these analysis just look at
the screen, no need of preparing any report.

Similarly it shows total cost of communication of an organization since beginning of a month in


a real time mode. This figure is shown prominently on the screen. Any day of a month when
you look at the screen you will know how much is your communication expenses so far.

Besides total cost, it also shows the cost of the calls by call types (Local, National,
International, and Mobile). Just click on one of the cost breakup shows the details of call
records. You have an option to initialize these summaries at every fixed interval, say at the end
of month, or a week or a day.

You can setup you own monitoring period, it could be a day, or a week, or 15 days, or a month,
and monitor the communication figures live for this period. At any time during this period you
can look at the screen to get an idea on expenses as of that time. At the end of period, the
figures are reset automatically. This product offers range of reports for the current period
where there is no need to enter any inputs to view the report, just click on the report name to
view the contents.

Application offers a wallboard where many useful figures are shown and updated on call by
call basis.

Offers facility to select reversal or non-reversal telephone lines. This facility and other
duration filters help in matching telephone line reports with telephone bills
Eases the report generation process by accessing facility of configuring predefined
queries. By using these queries, report generation process becomes mere job of icon
selection from the desktop
Offers export option to all the reports where report data can be exported to several
popular word processing, database, or spreadsheet formats.
Offers facility to maintain local directory for official numbers. Based on the numbers
entered, software distinguishes official and probable personal calls. All the detailed
reports show a shade difference while printing the location of such calls. All official
numbers are printed in Grey and probable personal numbers are printed in black.
Offers flexibility of parameters while specifying report query so that the prepared
report almost matches the expectations.
Handles Multi-operator billing by having provision to incorporate four different
charging schemes per operator and three such operators.
Stores the call information in a compressed encrypted binary format. It hardly takes 68
bytes per call record. Hence, it occupies less space on the hard disk.
Eases backup and restore operation since the call information is stored in a separate
file per day.
In the event of rebuilding entire system from scratch, it is just copying individual day-
wise files to the respective folder. No need of any special database recovery
procedure to initiate.
Facilitates assigning budget for each extension, account and department. The communication
expenses of these entities are constantly monitored against allocated budget

required in order to maintain the security of business contacts. All or part of the called number
will be masked by '*' asterisk sign.
