JOB PROFILE (Current)

▪ To report to Maintenance Manager / Director, in respect of core discipline operations and operational activities
pertaining to Scaffolding services respectively.

▪ To report to BDM and Operations Director on the business development and estimation related activities of
Scaffolding business.

▪ Presently responsible for the project execution and co-ordination of overall Scaffolding within SADARA plant and all
the pipeline repair or rehabilitation projects of non-metallic composite business.

▪ To prepare estimates pertaining to Scaffolding business in co-ordination with central estimation team.

▪ To prepare quality and HSE related documents such as risk assessment, HSE & HIP plan pertaining to Scaffolding
projects / jobs only.

▪ To prepare schedules of the project and maintenance job in co-ordination with respective stakeholders and
accordingly planning / sound forecasting of the manpower, staff, tools & equipment and other resources required to
meet the job schedule.

▪ To Identify the scope of work as per the contract on the assigned tasks and effectively co-ordinate with QHSE,
operations, procurement, planning and other associated departments for the initial approvals of key personnel’s,
materials, equipment’s, transportation and other resource requirements of the projects / maintenance jobs.

▪ To identify potential hidden talent of Altrad RBH people in order to perform multi-disciplinary tasks through
conducting various onsite trainings with a review of their performance at usual occasions and notifying the same to
the management.

▪ To identify any management scope for potential improvement & implementation of client / company’s own quality
and HSE specific system requirements.

▪ To conduct quality inspections for Scaffolding material & Tools used for maintenance jobs.

▪ To conduct periodic system, process, welfare and quality job freeze audits as assigned within annual audit and quality
job freeze audit plan respectively and report to the concerned authorities through online myosh system with prior
discussion in line with company QHSE department.

▪ To conduct meetings and trainings and co-ordinate with technicians/supervisors to do all the activity Right At First
Time.

▪ To co-ordinate with QHSE and operations department for any specific quality and safety training requirements
specific to the task.

▪ To conduct regular monthly site CMS meeting and ensure to implement the core actions decided to be taken on
quality, HSE, training, progress, amendments, employee’s welfare and client complaints / appreciations or awards
on the job. Use suitable strategies for the improvement within the ongoing processes and analyze the outcomes for
any further improvement required in co-ordination with the concerned personnel’s.

▪ To co-ordinate for any technical cum commercial conflicts between project and corporate department.

▪ To co-ordinate with logistics, procurement & quantity surveyors for on time availability of materials.

▪ To ensure the project is progressing as per approved project specifications, company CMS system, estimated budget,
approved schedule and inline to the project control requirements with continuous review of daily progress report.

▪ To ensure onsite implementation of correct inspection procedures/stages for delivering defective free product.

▪ To keep commercial accountability in respect of all the projects and maintenance jobs been assigned through
continuous review of monthly CVRs and WIP in co-ordination with finance / commercial team.

▪ To liaise with client requirements through regular progress & co-ordination meetings in order to efficiently deliver
the contractual scope of work.

▪ To review the monthly invoices and keep follow – up with client for all the overdue invoices of assigned jobs in co-
ordination with cape commercial and finance team.

▪ To actively participate in various management concerns as and when raised / required pertaining to onsite job
execution, corporate change/announcements and further required improvements within the ongoing processes.

▪ Liaise with country regulatory, statutory law and international certification body SGS for ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001
standards requirements and coordinate for External Audits, and Conduct Internal Audits.
