Client: EPCOS, a TDK Group Company, develops, manufactures and markets electronic components

Project Responsibilities:
 Working on daily reported Trouble tickets, Corrective change and Adaptive change by using
Solution Manager as a ticket management tool.
 Daily Status Monitoring of CIF Queues and Run Delta report to transfer data from R/3 system
to SAP APO system and weekly and monthly ticket reporting in AVM Metric.
 Execute the program by using SE38 T-Code to clear heavy queue of CIF’s.
 Daily Batch Job monitoring, rescheduling, root cause analysis of Batch Job failure.
 Studying AS-IS and finalizing to- Be of new Service Requests (SR), subsequent timely
realization, integrated testing and final dispatch, Peer review. Follow up with ABAP
Personnel for technical support and debug activities and Cross-functional interaction with
CO, MM and SD teams for TT and SR processes.

 Daily monitoring PP related batch jobs, scheduling the process order related batch jobs for the
deletion/closing /archiving status.
 Re-scheduling the batch jobs for production order, inspection lot and quality notification to
send the data to others application via Idoc/Unix file and also worked on batch job failing
issues.
 Daily monitoring the outstanding issues in service and also for the team, ageing tickets.
