My body was trembling as like that of my mother’s that she complainted
many times.The disease made me as if I wanted more of many things.The
sensual pleasure of every thing and there was no end.I made jala dhouti
after 7-8 hours and my body felt like taking rest and calmed down .

In Bargarh the 1st day of my night-I got


1.fever
2. insomnia
3. head ache

I was unable to stand.I did pranajaya-apana jaya


I bathed with warm salt water
I made jala dhouti vomiting-70% diseases cured.I took a tablet.I
recovered from illness.

The work of negative department of god is to use all our senses wrongfully
and show it on that way.Yoga can check this wrong power.

Listen Sound awareness Udan jaya 2. Breathe out
Touch Hasta mudra Saman jaya 3. Hold –udian-

Clean Mulabandha Apan jaya jalandhara
4. Breathe in
5. Again hold
Precautions---
1. These postures are practiced after pranayam control only
2. Practised after control over many postures
3. After practice of so ahm
4. After meditation awareness
Without yoga we are empty handed to fight negative energy.
Prana

He (Nikam Guruji) aligned the postures with pranic flow,activities of senses


and diseases.But you have to be fit enough to do these postures.

Near Bhadrak one place Aradi is there in Odisha and Baba Akhandalamani
shiva is worshipped there.Today I visited and enjoyed the place.It is
believed that Baba can cure many incurable diseases.

Most often we blame others for our sufferings.That is not exactly correct.We
are wrong mostly says yoga experts.We are unable to interpret ourselves
properly,the situation before us and the people around us.That’s why we
suffer.

Yoga protects from exigency,teaches us how to interpret the things and


shows us what exactly it is.

Swami Vivekananda says Life is a compromise-please learn to


compromise.We don’t.We stick to a condition and a point and invite trouble.

A person may help us 100 situations and may make a single mistake,we
don’t appreciate the 99 good things and run after the one bad.If we allow
our mind to provocation 1000 issues would erupt from useless happenings
of an otherwise calm mind.
In my exam I read a problem (Mangmt Accountancy)containing two red
and three black balls as two black and three red.I lost 20 marks for
that.Again I overlooked two pages on preparation from book for the exam
and lost one theory answer of 20 marks.Ultimately I lost Jamana lal bajaj
MBA oral interview and an exiciting career.I might have to blamed for that.
1. How we deal an individual situation.
2. Self contemplation.
3. Avoiding Bermuda triangle type troubles.
4. Discretion.
5. Tolerate
6. Take your time
7. Don’t react immediately.
Experience matters

Similarly while performing a surya namaskar on stage in GGM I closed my


eyes.And erroneously I pushed myself into a corner.That is a faulty
performance and happened due to closed eyes.A self mistake only.

This article shows that inward meditation is helpful for a smooth life and
error free performance.
