INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses ARIEL ASIS y ORDESTA of the crime of

Estafa under Article 315 paragraph 1(b) of the Revised Penal Code,
committed as follows:

That in or about and sometime during the period comprised from

the year 1999 to 2001, inclusive, in the City of Manila, Philippines, the
said accused, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously
defraud ZENAIDA G. BASILLO, owner of JAMILL TRUCKING AND
HAULING SERVICES, in the following manner, to wit: the said accused
being the dispatcher of said ZENAIDA G. BASILLO, collected in trust
from their customers the amount of P181,000.00, representing the
payment of said customer for the services rendered to them by said
JAMILL TRUCKING AND HAULING SERVICES, with the understanding
and under express obligation on the part of the said accused to account
and or deliver the said amount to said ZENAIDA G. BASILLO/ JAMILL
TRUCKING AND HAULING SERVICES, but the said accused far from
complying with his aforesaid obligation, despite demands made upon
him to do so, failed and refused and still fails and refuses to do so and
instead, with intent to defraud, with unfaithfulness and grave abuse of
confidence, misapplied, misappropriated and converted the said amount
to his own personal use and benefit, to the damage and prejudice of the
said ZENAIDA G. BASILLO, in the aforesaid amount of P181,000.00,
Philippine Currency.

 I hereby certify that a preliminary investigation in this case has
been conducted by me in accordance with law; that I and/or as shown
by the record, an authorized officer have examined the complainant and
on the basis of the sworn statement and other evidence submitted before
me, there is reasonable ground to believe that the offense charged had
been committed and that the accused is probably guilty thereof; and that
the accused was informed of the complaint and evidence submitted
against him and was given an opportunity to submit controverting
evidence; and that the filing of this information is with the prior

The undersigned accuses JOEL B. ABORDO of the crime of Estafa

under Article 315 paragraph 1(b) of the Revised Penal Code, committed
as follows:

That in or about and sometime during the period comprised from

July 18, 2007 to February 08, 2008, inclusive, in the City of Manila,
Philippines, the said accused, did then and there willfully, unlawfully
and feloniously defraud VICARISH PUBLICATION & TRADING, INC.
herein represented by ROWENA G. ALACRE, in the following manner, to
wit: the said accused being the Marketing Executive of said corporation,
collected in trust from their clients the amount, to wit:

understanding and under express obligation on the part of the said
accused to account and or deliver the said amount to said VICARISH
PUBLICATION & TRADING, INC., but the said accused remit only
P259,232, thereby leaving a balance of P102,606.00, far from complying
with his aforesaid obligation, despite demands made upon him to do so,
failed and refused and still fails and refuses to do so and instead, with
intent to defraud, with unfaithfulness and grave abuse of confidence,
misapplied, misappropriated and converted the said amount to his own
personal use and benefit, to the damage and prejudice of the said
VICARISH PUBLICATION & TRADING, INC., in the aforesaid amount of
P102,606.00, Philippine Currency.
