PROJECT MANAGER

Project Managers are typically responsible for new construction and major
renovation projects. Project Managers are also responsible for facility
assessment, environmental sustainability, or other projects that require the
coordination of several team members, and budget and schedule management.
Safety
A construction safety officer is responsible for making sure all the workers
at a construction site are working safely and following all the correct safety
procedures.

Project Engineers
Project engineers build the job on paper before work in the field begins. This
includes a process whereby "shop drawings" are prepared by the subcontractors
and reviewed prior to being submitted to the architect or engineer for
approval.

Cost Control Engineer

Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including


verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and
subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and
properly recorded.

Planning Manager

Monitors a department or project's budget, inventory, and production schedule.


Maintains optimally efficient inventory of production materials. Creates
planning studies and generates reports about new programs, plans, and
regulations.

Construction Manager

Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget, usually through subordinate supervisory


personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of
structures, facilities, and systems.

Planning Engineer

Planning Engineers help engineering teams deliver projects on schedule. They


develop strategies, determine material and labor costs, monitor crew
performance, ensure health and safety regulations are obeyed, and that
communications channels are open.

Project Procurement In-charge

Responsible for and plans, organizes and manages the procurement process for
all projects.

Plans, directs, and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as


engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract

Construction Foreman

A foreman is usually the top supervisory position in environments such as


construction work sites. The individual typically has formal training paired
with experience in the industry and has the ability to direct, supervise and
troubleshoot common issues that arise on the job.
