 What is Marine Camp?

Marine Camp is a unique type of camping where the participants stay near the coastal area for 2 days and explore
the marine biodiversity, tides and ebbs, life of the local people, direction finding and many other creative things…
The base camp Marine Camp is set in the north eastern area of Beyt Dwarka Island. The area is rich with sponges,
jelly fish, sea feathers, sea anemones, bristle worms, corals, mollusks, barnacles, crabs, starfish, sea cucumbers, fish, marine
turtles, sea snakes and many other marine mammals.

The nearest road head/railway station is Okha…

We will travel by a bus up to Okha, then by boat to reach Beyt Dwarka
After Beyt Dwarka, local transportation will be used ☺

Arrival at Okha & Free time at Campsite

After night travel in Bus, arrive at Okha Jetty
Transfer to Beyt Dwarka Island by a boat
Tent Pitching, Group Allotments & Team Games
Sea Bath & trek
Campfire, Star Gazing, Route Finding

Marine Safari
2 After Breakfast, snorkelling & beach games
Return back to Okha after lunch
Visit to Dwarka Temple & Gomti Ghat
Departure for Ahmedabad after Dinner

Note: The camp will depart on previous day evening i.e. if 4th Jan is shown on our website, the bus will
depart from Ahmedabad on 3rd Jan evening. Schedule is subject to weather conditions.
