    1. Loading and Unloading process of - Struck down material - Make sure Crane/Fork Lift in good condition and
    material & Storage - Be pinned under material had inspected
    - Scracthed material - Make sure Truck / Trailler in good condition
    - Material falling down from Trailer /Truck - Make sure Sling in good condition
    - Crashed Trailler / Truck or Material - Lift material suitable with Crane / Fork Lift
    - Wirerope ( Sling ) broken capacity
    - Crane / Fork Lift up side down - Do not be in Swing Area / Crane turning radius
    - Akses for Trailler / Truck / Crane / Fork Lift
    - Do not Stand up on material / Sit down on
    material or Sit down under material during lifting

    - Install WARNING SIGN at work area
    - Use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) during
    working
    - All activity under monitoring HSE personal
    - Do not touch material during lifting
    - Limit for velocity during transportation
    - Put material at save area and not disturb working
    activity

    2. Marking Process - Struck down material - Make sure Crane/Fork Lift in good condition
    - Be pinned under material and had inspected
    - Scracthed material - Do not Stand up on material / Sit down on
    material or Sit down under material during
    lifting
    - Install WARNING SIGN at work area
    - Use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
    during working
    - All activity under monitoring HSE personal

    3. Cutting & Grinding Process - Struck down material - Make sure all cabel in a good condition
    - Be pinned under material and also all connection in a good condition
    - Scracthed material - Grounding cable & also connection in a good
    - Hitting by sprinkling of grinding or condition
    welding - Install WARNING SIGN at work area
    - Get a shock by electric current - Use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
    - Breathing problem during working
    - Eyesight problem - All activity under monitoring HSE personal
    - Hearing impairment - Use Flash Back Arrester during cutting

    4 Rolling & Banding - Struck down material - Install WARNING SIGN at work area
    - Be pinned under material - Use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
    - Scracthed material during working
    - All activity under monitoring HSE personal
