It is notified that the University Theory Examinations of the Post Doctorate Fellowship
Programme / Certificate Courses of all faculties will be held on 25/07/2019 & 26/07/2019.
The detailed Time table is enclosed herewith.
1. Date of issue of Application forms to the colleges 03/06/2019
2. Last date for payment of Examination Fee 21/06/2019
3. Last date for payment of Examination fee with fine of Rs. 250/- upto 27/06/2019
5. Last date for submission of filled Application forms by the Colleges/Institutes 06/07/2019

Fee Structure
1. Examination Application Form ` 100/-
2. Post Doctorate Fellowship / Certificate in Dental Courses ` 3500/- Per paper To be paid by
3. Fellowship Programme Courses Convocation Fee ` 6000/- all the
4. Certificate Courses Convocation Fee ` 3000/- candidates
Instructions
1. Forward the filled in Examination application forms arranged examination-wise / batch wise /
scheme wise. The statement showing the non appearance of candidates in any subjects should
be sent separately.
2. The filled in Examination application forms properly signed and affixed with the latest stamp size
photographs should reach the Registrar [Evaluation] on or before the specified dates, by Insured
Post or Courier.

The Principals of Colleges/Institutes should make examination fee payment through online
payment gateway and send the fee receipts with the statement showing the details of Names of the
Candidates, Register Numbers, subject appearing and fees amount etc., “In Triplicate”.

Please notify all University Communications especially this Examination Notification prominently
on the Notice Boards of the Institution for the benefit of the students.
