b. Fiscal Measures: THESE ARE BIDDING ITEMS. Pursuant to Paragraph 12 of Schedule "C",
CONTRACTOR shall quote below (if applicable) the sum(s) which it has estimated as the the
potential financial impact of each of the following Fiscal Measures for undertaking the Work against
above Lump Sum for the entire WORK and coming into effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the
effective date of the Contract (including where any of the following are already in force and are
amended, modified, repealed, replaced or activated). Each sum shall represent the actual, auditable
and verifiable increment to the Lump Sum price. CONTRACTOR should insert (N/A) against the
Fiscal Measure that is not applicable throughout Contract terms.

COMPENSATION FOR CHANGES

WORK UNIT RATES
The WORK Unit Rates shall include, but not limited to, all material, labor, installation,
transportation, construction, testing, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Mechncial
Completion. All specifciatinos shall be in accordance with Schedule "B" of the Contract as
applicable. Unit prices shall include updates to all documentation and drawings as a result of
the changes.
