About this course Goal of this course • Give an overview of basic data analysis methods to help you to analyse your own biological data with R
Context of this course
• This course is inspired from « introduction to data analysis » course dedicated to PhD students of Institut Pasteur • Applied course, with examples of application to biology, not a theoretical course about statistical theory • Switch from theory (to understand why) to practice (to learn how to implement) • ENS asked us to adapt this course to ENS students
