STEP 1: SF-181

Do the SF-181: Print the SF-181 https://www.opm.gov/forms/pdf_fill/sf181.pdf

Fill in the name (LAST, FIRST, Middle Initial) AS IT APPEARS ON THE SOCIAL SECURITY CARD in
the top left box of the SF-181. DO NOT ADD ANYTHING TO THE DEBTOR NAME!!!
It is MANDATORY TO MARK THE BOXES FOR WHITE and NATIVE AMERICAN. Also mark
whatever applies to your lineage.
Fax: Fax the filled out SF-181, the cover letters below, and the following attachments to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) 1-202-395-3888 AND to Social Security Administration (SSA) Office of
International Affairs 1-877-385-0645. Depending on how your computer prints the Pope’s Apology, you will
have a total of 12 or 13 pages. Wait for the fax confirmation page. That IS your record for publishing!
On the Fax Cover Sheet, provided below, do NOT ask for confirmation of receipt for your fax!! We have made
fax cover sheets for you; you ONLY need to add the name AS IT APPEARS ON THE SOCIAL SECURITY
CARD WITHOUT ADDING ANYTHING, and your fax number. You can also record a video of yourself
faxing your SF-181 to the OMB and SSA of International Affairs and publish it.
Children: If you have children under age 18, you must do each child’s SF-181 individually. Include the 5
supporting documents. You must have fax confirmations for each one of your children.

physicians, attending schools/universities for you and your children also receive what you published on the

Visit Social Security Administration:

Go to the local Social Security Administration in your area with everything you faxed to the OMB and SSA Office of
International Affairs along with the fax confirmation pages. Have SSA notarize the SF-181 and/or SF-256 and have them
add all the documents you faxed to your file.
Note: If SSA says they don’t notarize documents in your state, send your package via Registered Mail to the main SSA
office in Washington, DC. If they tell you to fill out a new SS-5 to change your race and ethnicity, do it.
Visit DMV:
Go to the local DMV and have them change your race and ethnicity. Bring a copy of everything you faxed to the OMB
and SSA Office of International Affairs and give it to DMV to update your file.
Note: In the event they will not accept your SF-181 package, go to the post office and mail it to the DMV via Registered
Mail.
Visit Voter Registration:
If you have registered to vote, you need to contact the Voter Registration Office where you have registered to vote to
change your race and ethnicity to “White” for the record. This step is mandatory to effectively change your race and
ethnicity as it relates to communications and information given to law enforcement.
Call Voter Registration first and find out their mailing address and physical address. Go to the physical address and give
them the SF-181 package you published. If they do not accept it, send it by Registered Mail. Take a photo of the
envelope and contents and publish it along with the proof of delivery.
How to Send Registered Mail: When sending Registered Mail, write “$55.00” in the “Value” section on the white
Registered Mail paper. It does NOT COST $55.00 to send Registered Mail! You will receive a green signature return
receipt card as proof of delivery once your mail is delivered.
DO NOT LET THE POSTAL CLERKS BULLY YOU INTO SENDING CERTIFIED MAIL!
Certified Mail = Domestic
Registered Mail = International

Disability: If you collect income from Disability, add the SF-256 (https://www.opm.gov/forms/pdf_fill/sf256.pdf) to the
SF-181, and the 5 supporting documents, and fax it to OMB and SSA Office of International Affairs. Then, take
everything you faxed along with the fax confirmation pages into Social Security Insurance (SSI) and have them update
your file. THIS WILL NOT AFFECT NOR CAUSE YOUR SSI BENEFITS TO BE AFFECTED NEGATIVELY.
Welfare/Food Stamps/Housing: If you receive any of these benefits give a copy of your SF-181 along with the 5
supporting documents to your case worker and have them add it to your file.
Military: If you are in the Military have your SF-181 and 5 supporting documents added to your file.
Prisoners: If you know someone in jail or incarcerated who wants to do an SF-181, tell them to have their attorney do it
for them and to submit into their case. If they do not have an attorney and you want to help them, CALL

STEP 2: Statutory Declaration

Template/Example: Print the Statutory Declaration examples for Adults and Children, and Cover Letter to the
Governor. Ask for it during the Now-Time Webinar on Tuesday’s if you do not have them.

state you live in by Registered Mail. Keep the ORIGINAL for your records, publishing and UCC filing.

Visit Local IRS Office (Optional):
If you physically go into the IRS office, ask them “I would like to see if you have me listed in your records as Alive or
Dead.” Ask for a print out of the record if available. Get them to stamp both notarized original Statutory Claims. Give
them their original Statutory Claim AND attachments and you keep your original Statutory Claim for your records.
Mail IRS: Send the local IRS office one of the original Statutory Claims AND the attachments via Registered Mail.
The remaining original is for your records, publishing and your UCC filing.

Create an Indigenous Appellation for yourself and your children. Start identifying with your appellation in your
household by calling yourself and each other by your appellation. If you have questions regarding choosing an
appellation, ask for assistance on the Now-Time Webinar.
Create a flag for yourself and each of your children to present the flesh and blood Indigenous Self. Make a laminated
Badge of your flag and wear it on your body at all times (NOT AT WORK).
Know your Blood Type.
Know your Family Lineage/Tribal Affiliation by asking your family and ancestors. The Quest for this information is an
ongoing project. Do not let a lack of knowledge of your lineage stop you from moving forward through Steps 2 and 3.
Some of you may not ever learn your lineage. That is because you are a victim of rape, genocide, apartheid, infanticide,
war crimes, crimes against humanity and trafficking in human cargo.
Dissolve Prior Contracts:
If you have contracted with MSTA, Great Seal, R.V. Bey, MNRS, NAAIP, or any other organization that has contracted
