Subject: Dec. 14th - Odyssey Agenda for Public Meeting of the Nominating Committee

Good morning, I am filing another complaint with respect to Odyssey's board and their subcommittees with respect
to the state's open meeting laws. Odyssey is holding a nominating committee meeting on December 14th and on
their agenda, it is stated they may go into executive session. Executive session only applies to the board (with a
quorum present) not to a board's subcommittee, correct?

How many other subcommittees does the board have and have those subcommittees gone into executive session,
leaving the public out of those meetings? This seems to be a practice with respect to Odyssey's board

Thank you,

Representative Kim Williams
