Investment Vehicles
Saltmine is raising capital under Regulation D exemption with two investment Options. Both vehicles are managed under the
operating entity Saltmine Assets Inc. Funds raised via either vehicle will only be utilized to purchase physical hardware
infrastructure. Investors shall have the option to convert from one option to the other. While key class options are
