Saltmine is a data infrastructure company utilizing all aspects of blockchain technology from
staking to mining. By leveraging all components of our hardware (GPU, CPU, HDD, NIC) along
with proprietary virtualization technology, Saltmine truly redefines “Mining”. This highly targeted
optimization creates a path for Saltmine to be a leader in current blockchain infrastructure, as
well as a dominant player in forthcoming decentralized technologies such as distributed
rendering, Machine Learning (ML), and global enterprise data services.

Investment Vehicles
Saltmine is raising capital under Regulation D exemption with two investment Options. Both
vehicles are managed under the operating entity Saltmine Assets Inc. Funds raised via either
vehicle will ​only​​ be utilized to purchase physical hardware infrastructure. Investors shall have
the option to convert from one option to the other. While key class options are summarized
below, please refer to the offering memorandum for specifics.

Share Class A
- Backed in whole by physical assets and the total value of the Saltmine fund.
- Term: 18-36 Months
- IRR: up to 18%
- All returns provided at the end of the investment period and structured for long term
capital gains.

Share Class B
- Token Option
- Term: Executable upon public offering
- 30% Discount of Saltmine NACL token offering

Liquidation Preference
In the event that Saltmine, Inc cannot meet these terms its assets shall be liquidated to cover
investor obligations. These assets include the physical hardware in possession of Saltmine, Inc
as well as the Total Value of the Saltmine Fund.
