The purchase of an online store from Blugento Express

The launch of an online store is an important step and you certainly have a lot of questions.
We tried to answer here to the most frequently asked questions of our clients, before purchase.
If, along the way, there are questions and you can’t find the answers to them, don’t hesitate to
write us at suport@blugento.ro and we will gladly answer you.
Also, if you didn’t read the How does Blugento Express function section, we encourage you to do
it before you search for the answer of a specific question.
1. WHICH ARE FUTURE STEPS AFTER I MAKE THE ORDER IN BLUGENTO EXPRESS?

We will contact you to start the onBoarding process, more precisely, you will answer to a series of
questions about the needs of your business, so that we can make the optimal configuration of your
online store. In 1-2 days, you will receive the administration data of your store and access to the
tutorials which will help you get familiarized with the platform and the administration panel. At
this step, you can already upload products in your online store. Meanwhile, we will take care of the
technical configuration and customization of the store. At the end of the process, the store becomes
live and you can start to sell.

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ONLINE STORE TO BE READY AND TO START TO SELL?

After purchase, you will be contacted in 1-2 working days in order to receive the administrator data
of the store. We will start the set-up and customization process, and you can take already care of
adding your products in the store. The store will be ready to sell in approximately one week.

3. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ONLINE STORE DISPLAYED ON BLUGENTO


EXPRESS

When making the order in Blugento Express, you pay for the creation of your online store, with the
design you selected on the Blugento platform. In a nutshell, the design and the technical set-up of
your store are included in the price.

In order for the image of your brand to be a professional one and the store to be ready to be launched
as soon as possible, we offer as BONUS, the customization of your store.

At the same time, when making the order, you will chose a subscription package (Boutique, Start
or Grow) which is not included in the displayed price. This monthly subscription starts to be
invoiced only at 30 days after your request was taken over by our specialists, the first month being
free.
4. WHAT DOES THE CUSTOMIZATION PACKAGE OF THE ONLINE STORE INCLUDE?

At any store purchased from Blugento Express, we offer as BONUS, a package of customization of
the store, which includes:

▪ Setting up the own domain


▪ Adding your company’s logo
▪ Creating and modifying the site banners with other ones which are specific to your company
▪ Adapting the colours according to your brand’s visual identity.
▪ Changing the providers’ logos (if applicable)
▪ Changing the specific icons (if there are icons in the design which don’t match your project)
5. WHAT SUBSCRIPTION CAN I CHOOSE FOR A STORE PURCHASED FROM BLUGENTO
EXPRESS AND HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SUBSCRIPTION?

When you order an online store from Blugento Express, you can choose the Boutique (59 euro/month),
Start (99 euro/month) or Grow (199 euro/month) subscription packages Choose the package that suits
your business depending on the number of products you will trade and the functionalities you want
for your store.
6. DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION ALSO INCLUDE HOSTING?

Yes, all the subscriptions include hosting. The stores created on the Blugento platform benefit from
the Kubernetes technology, a state-of-the-art cloud hosting solution.

7. CAN I CHANGE AT ANY TIME THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?

Yes, you can pass any time to a different subscription package, and all the graphic elements of your
store will remain unchanged.

8. CAN I GIVE UP AT ANY TIME ON THE SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, you can give up any time on the subscription, with a prior notice of 30 days.

9. CAN I SET THE NAME OF THE OWN DOMAIN?

Yes, we will set up for your store the domain name chosen by you. If you need help for purchasing
the domain, we can guide you.

10. WILL I ALSO RECEIVE AN E-MAIL ADDRESS ALONG WITH THE STORE?

Yes, you will benefit from customized e-mail addresses with the name of the store (example:
name@store.ro). You can create as many addresses as you want and you have 10 GB storage space.

11. WHAT FUNCTIONALITIES WILL MY STORE HAVE?


Each Blugento subscription package has a set of functionalities and services included. Your store
will be equipped with a series of functionalities, depending on the subscription you chosen. You

12. WHAT INTEGRATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR MY ONLINE STORE?

The success of an online store also depends to a big extent on the chosen partners and service
providers. Your Blugento store will be integrated with several modules, applications and service
providers, depending on the chosen package. You can see on the packages page a full list of
integrations and in which packages are they included or available.

13. ARE THE STORES OPTIMIZED FOR MOBILE PHONES?

Yes, the Blugento stores are optimized for all types of devices (laptop, tablet, phones), which
ensures an optimal experience for your clients, regardless of the device used to access your online
store.

14. CAN I MIGRATE AN ALREADY EXISTING STORE TO THE BLUGENTO PLATFORM?

Yes, we can offer support in migrating a store. If you want to migrate the store to our platform and
to use a design from Blugento Express, please contact us at the e-mail address suport@blugento.ro
so that we can evaluate what the migration process involves.
15. IF I HAVE SEVERAL PRODUCTS, CAN I IMPORT THEM?

Yes, several products can be imported simultaneously through a CSV file. If you want to import
several products, we will send you a file and we will show you how it has to be filled in for
migration.

16. ARE MY DATA SAFE?

Absolutely. Your store will benefit from the native security measures of the Blugento platform, and
we will take care of the right configuration of the store and the frequent software updates.

17. CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY STORE?

Yes. After the set-up period, where we will customize the store according to your brand’s identity,
you can do whatever changes over the details of the store from the administration panel.

18. CAN I EDIT THE PAGES OF MY STORE?

Yes. You have control over the content of the store’s pages. In order to find out how to edit a

19. CAN I CREATE NEW PAGES IN MY STORE?

Yes, you can create new pages for your online store. In order to find out how to create a new
page, read our Blugento guidebook.
20. WHAT GRAPHIC ELEMENTS CAN I EDIT IN MY STORE?

In the first stage, we will customize the design elements of the store (banners, images, colour
pallets). When the set-up process is ready, you can change any time these elements from the

21. DO YOU OFFER LOGO/BANNER DESIGNS?

Yes. We offer design services for a fee, aside the subscriptions. These services also include the
