Description:

Vehicle number plate recognition is the most exciting and challenging research topic. Number
plates are of different shapes, size and also have different color in different countries. The project is
proposed a system for localization of number plate and segment all the numbers and letters to identify
each number separately. This is based on image processing and developed using the MATLAB.

Description: The Technology is about curing Blindness, Linking, Electronics and Biotechnology, the
Scientists has made the commitment to develop Technology that will provide or restore vision for the
visually impaired people involved around world. It describes the development of artificial Vision System,
which cures blindness, the process involved in it and explains the concepts of Artificial Retina.
