TRUST DEED
GLORY MARANATHA FULL GOSPEL MINISTRIES TRUST

This Deed of Declaration of Trust is executed this the 9th April 2018
by Mr. R.GUNASEKARAN, S/o. Raj, aged about 52 years residing at No.1-
1/1C, Rural East Street, Keeranur —(Po),. Palani-Tk., Dindigul — 624617.
Tamilnadu, India hereinafter, called the Author/ Managing Trustee and Founder
of the Trust. [ Aadhar Card No. 646535055284 / Mobile No.9600308727 - 1

WHEREAS the Author is desirous of creating a Public Christian Religious

Trust for the purpose, ends and objects hereinafter set forth.

WHEREAS the Author has set apart a sum of Rs.1000/ (Rupees one
thousand only) as a nucleus towards the fund of the Trust.

And WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to reduce the objects and other

terms and conditions of the Trust.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. N A M E : The name of the Trust shall be GLORY MARANATHA FULL
GOSPEL MINISTRIES TRUST

2 . LOCATION:
The Trust shall hold its registered office at rental building, situated
Opposite to Power Office, New Dharapuram Road, Palani, Dindigul —624601,
Tamil Nadu, India and it may shifted to any other place in India if the Trustees desires.

Branch offices may be opened at any other places in India as the board of Trustees
may deem expedient and proper in accordance with the decision taken by the board
from time to time.

3. AREA OF OPERATION
Our Trust is currently working in Dindigul District. And later it will expand to all
other districts in Tamilnadu. The activities of the organization will be limited within India.

4. OBJECTS OF THE TRUST
The Trust object is Christian Religious Nature, and the main purpose of
the Trust is to help and upliftment of the needed people belongs to Christian Religious
in spiritual as well as economical. And to run prayer services to propagate the spirit of
Jesus without forcing and disturbing the general public.

The object of the Trust are open to all irrespective of caste, creed, colors, religion, area, sex,
etc,. The common objects of the Trust are as under;

1) To proclaim the word of God to the people of India.

2) To conduct cottage prayer service and vocational biblical studies to the interested
persons.

3) To conduct Religious oriented public meetings and programmes without disturb the
general public.

4) To establish and run Churches / Prayer houses for worship and other religious
activities.
