AIO or Activities, Interests and Opinions are parameters based on which customers are grouped
under psychographic segmentation. AIO facilitates in understanding the attitudes, motives, needs and
perception regarding a product or a brand based on the customer's activities, interests and opinions. The
most common applications of AIOs are in market segmentation and advertising as it helps companies to
target them better.
AIO (Activities, Interests and Opinions) is one of the parameters to carry out psychographic segmentation,
which does market segmentation based on the psychology of the customers.
